Well appointed and large room, with comfortable bed. Dog friendly, or would have been if they allowed dogs on the elevator or had put us on the ground floor as previously requested. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked fairly standard. Lots of restaurant choices close by.

Had reserved two rooms for a party arriving at slightly different times in two different cars. Even though the first party there had the rez info and confirmation #, the hotel unexpectedly and without prior notice would not allow them to check into the reserved room until the party that made both reservations was there. That was a bit off-putting and inconvenient.

The pool had exceptionally good water quality. The TV was not working in our room and the reception desk manager Saprina was welcoming, informative and helpful in many ways including fixing the TV reception immediately and she stayed until the TV was properly functioning.

One staff member would not shut up about how making coffee was not her job during breakfast. The lobby coffee had grounds in it, tasted like dishwater and was unpalatable and perhaps no filter was used. The coffee in the serving area was deeply rich and tasty.

The desk clerk at check in was very friendly. When I called about maybe being a little late for check in, it was no problem and he knew who I was by my phone number. I didn't have to explain anything. He was helpful, very pleasant, a smile in his voice and on his face when we got there, even though he was pretty busy.

I can't think of anything that didn't meet our expectations. We did depart before breakfast was served at 7. Maybe breakfast could be earlier.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was pretty clean, though the bathroom could have used a little more attention.

The toilet tissue was horrible, the cheapest stuff you can get. The housekeeping staff apparently did not check the system to see what rooms, if any, had requested a late check-out. They were beating on the door at 10:15am, about 2 hours after I had got to sleep!

The staff was friendly and accommodating to me and my ESA. The room was clean and comfortable and a wonderful break from the road during a very long drive.

This la Quinta was lovely. Unfortunately not all la Quinta locations are the same.

The stay was great and what you would expect, friendly staff, clean & comfortable accommodations.

My only issue was the romping, stomping noises coming from the room above me very late and again very early that kept me up and woke me too early!

These guys were my angels after a horrific experience at another local establishment that was dirty and unsafe, this facility offered amazing customer service, great facilities with amenities all clean and in good working order. I am a travel nurse and they made me feel like I was home. This will be my home away from home till my contract is up. Can’t say enough good things about this place!!

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Close to medical facilities.

Pillows were awful. Back door would not close and lock on its own. Too many homeless people wandering in the area.

Comfortable beds, quiet location and rooms, in room coffee service. Pet friendly. Lots of restaurants in immediate vicinity.

No good receptacle for dog waste bags. Mandatory pet fee.

Very clean and pleasant. Excellent breakfast.

My refrigerator had a buzzing sound every time it kicked on but the everything else was wonderful.
