Location: The hotel is situated right beside Araneta Coliseum, making it incredibly convenient to reach the concert grounds without any hassle. Being so close meant we could relax and enjoy our time before the show without worrying about transportation. Convenience: The hotel is also connected to Gateway Mall 2, offering easy access to shopping and a variety of dining options. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just steps away from the hotel, giving us lots of choices for meals before and after the event.

Nothing. Whenever we travel, we always check Ibis Hotel first anywhere in the world as we know that we will have a great experience. The facilities, service, and overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Booked a double bed this time and the room just seemed bigger and better. Clean accessories all around. Thank you for the consideration for a late checkout. Had arrived from an overseas flight, and so it was much appreciated. Location is, again, unbeatable.

I still believe that Ibis Styles should provide bottled water IN the room, environmental concerns aside. Did not get to breakfast this time. Taxes on the room seemed to be 900 pesos more than the advertised rate for the night. A bit of a shock. Watch this. Lights deactivated in the morning despite the master card being in power slot. I don't know what happened there.

The staff are friendly. Good location for concert goers. Easy access to a lot of restos via the mall. The maintenance are friendly and working hard to keep the hotel clean. I was there for the fancon and work. The internet connection in my room was not stable. Also, the AC is pretty complicated to manage. Hope it comes with instruction. Not all AC are the same. :) My bad for not raising this to the hotel staff. :) I hope they keep the hotel as it is. It is a good place for staycation or alternative for digital nomads. They have a co-working space. They also have a 24 hr Cafe.

New, clean, comfortable room with big windows and lots of light. 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby. Quick check-in and friendly staff all around (except for the front desk). Great location if you want to be in this area, and conveniently connected to a mall with restaurants, etc. Very good value for money.

Bathroom is not separate, so best for a single guest. TV has very limited channels, not even CNN. Front desk staff were at times, arrogant and rude during the stay. Not trained at handling issues and impatient. Checkout took longer than expected as they didn't know if they had billed me for the car pick-up several days before. The lady at the front desk told me check-out just takes that long and added a smirk. Could have done without the attitude. Didn't apologize when I asked her about it. I understand it was early morning and it is a budget-friendly hotel, but should still have some service protocols.

Location staff security and comfortable clean rooms

The breakfast is barely passable Absolutely not what we expected. Coffee is inexistant. Looks like dirty water. We had to order cappuccino at extra costs which was barely passable also. It's a scam from ibis to take advantage by not offering a Decent morning coffee and charge us extra. In these days coffee machines can provide excellent coffee at a minimal cost. Shameful behavior on behalf of Accor/ ibis . Really Shameful. Service in the restaurant was fine. The staff have to handle this horrible display of passable cuisine. Feel sorry for them.

The staff were friendly. The hotel itself looks modern and clean, and well air conditioned. The room designs were nicely decorated and lit up. The location in the middle of lots of commercial malls & amenities. Lots of food options/ restaurants to choose from also - from local to your well known fast-food chains. Roughly an hour to the airport, at non-peak hours. At this price point, it’s worth to go back again if so.

Sound proofing isn’t quite good. I could actually hear the noise that would be at the hallway. But personally, it isn’t much of a deal breaker to me, since the noise were mostly housekeeping (and wasn’t prolonged). Couldn’t hear street noise if that’s your concern.

Location is excellent, there is direct access to the mall at the 4F Reception Area and 5F Restaurant Area. Easy to get to the mall for your quick eat or supply run. Food during breakfast and lunch buffet is good, with emphasis on quality over quantity. Staff are helpful and attentive, despite us having a safety concern, they were able to handle it promptly and attend to it very professionally. Family room is excellent value for money, it exceeded my expectations. Both my kids loved the room, the view, and the location (near Fiesta Carnival just across the street). Will definitely stay here again when we visit the in-laws in the metro.

The toilet and shower area are a bit too small and does not have enough privacy (we had our househelp staying with us, so privacy was needed). The lavatory also was situated awkwardly, hence water spillage was expected. Be careful with the low ceiling headroom when getting onto the bunk bed, my daughter accidentally bumped her head. Raised a food safety concern regarding mixing "display items" with actual edible items, however, the restaurant manager was able to handle the issue well.

This hotel’s location is superb (right within the mall), making everything incredibly convenient. The shared facilities are top-notch and uniquely designed. The bed is comfortable, and the room is cleaned daily. Both breakfast and lunch are amazing, offering just the right variety to suit every taste!

The room is quite small, making it a bit challenging to move around. The working table is also too small, which isn’t ideal for a business traveler like me. Additionally, the unique toilet design can be frustrating, as the shower tends to wet the surrounding area easily.

Location, value for the money

Our pool experience was not so pleasant and very annoying to say the least. We ordered food outside and they didn’t allowed us to eat there because we didn’t ordered it from the Hotel’s restaurant which has a very limited menu. We have to go back to our room from rooftop to eat which was a a hustle especially for kids who’s wet and hungry. They have to rinse off, changed into dry clothes and back to hotel just to eat. Another thing that was a big turn off for us was that Walls are too thin, we can hear people next door talking, phones ringing, coughing and sneezing, even simple conversation we can hear and it was uncomfortable hearing other people’s business especially at night :(
