I had a great experience at this hotel and can only recommend. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean with a nice city view. Additional plus from my perspective is the possibility to open windows which is not very common in many hotels in Germany. The room layout and interior design is modern and thoughtful, I've got everything I needed. The hotel is located conveniently, close to the Darmstadt main train station and grocery store (Rewe), it's ideal option to travel around Hessen and then come back and relax in the wellness area after a busy day.

The hotel is next to the train station, very big room and bathroom which were really comfortable. I had breakfast once and the offer was excellent with a big variety of savoury and sweet options, different types of milk and drinks.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the gym. I went there twice early morning, it is on the top floor, facing the pool. Unfortunately, due to the fact that It is next to the pool it is too hot and humid, not the ideal conditions to exercise! I could not resist more than 10-15 minutes and I was not the only one to complain about this.

Nice and big rooms with comfortable beds, good pool and sauna on the 8th floor, good breakfast, parking. Was positively surprised with price for quality.

We didn't noticed too many places around the hotel, there is a train line next to it and also some contraction works on the street. But it is still very good hotel and was nice place to stay on our road trip.

Huge beautiful & very clean Hotel . Great location bus stop is 2 mins walk , Tram 4 mins walk 22 mins walk to Luisenplatz . Rooms are very clean and tidy and size is very convenient , Breakfast is good. Staff are very polite and helpful 👍. Thank you Best Western 😊

The only problem that we faced was the WIFI , it was not working properly during our whole stay (3 days ) but in fact it was a minor issue for us . But I guess it's not for others specially who are her for Business.

Everything is pretty accessible. We enjoyed the pool together with kids. It was definitely a big bonus for very very hot weather. A very nice touch were the apples next to the elevators. The breakfast was pretty divers and all the stuff very friendly and helpful.

The are around the hotel was on constructions and there was a limited possibility to walk around.

The breakfast was great. The sauna and pool helped to relax after work. The room was large and comfortable.

The wifi was quite slow. Some noise from the trains, though not preventing to sleep. The room was a bit dark, would need a ceiling light.

It was a very short visit and I barely stayed in the room. I enjoyed the rich breakfast, clean and well maintained room. The hotel is strategically located, close to the central station and easily accessible to the city centre. I wish I stayed longer to enjoy the hotel.

Honestly, I can't think of anything!

Conveniently located near my family, the Darmstadt train station and Frankfurt Airport shuttle bus, and tram to the central Plaza. The breakfast restaurant and buffet was very nice, having a good variety of fresh choices. My room was quiet, as I was on the 7th floor and not facing the train tracks.

No complaints.

Booked a suite and loved it! Really good sized room with comfortable beds. Swimming pool was also a bonus.

It’s very close to the station, and you do hear the noise of the trains coming in and out. They do kindly provide ear plugs but if you’re a light sleeper like me, expect some disturbance

Very comfortable and clean room with excellent facilities provided. Really comfy bed. The location of the hotel is also good, close to tram station (only 2 minutes walk) and close to Darmstadt main railway station. Garage at the hotel with a price of 18 Euros/day.

There was nothing we didn' t like, everything was perfect! Unfortunately, we could not visit the spa during our stay because of renovation works.
