Beautifully presented, both inside the room, and the gorgeous gardens to wander through were magnificent. Enjoyed wine tasting at the cellar door. It was lovely to stay in country surroundings and enjoy the sounds of the birds and no traffic noise! Our hosts were friendly, and also gave us plenty of our own space. Would definitely recommend!

Bathroom was a little small, although beautiful and also very clean, so the size didn’t really matter too much.

Well, Jennifer and Andrew are great hosts to start with. We were welcomed and instantly felt at home. As we arrived on a hot and sunny day we asked for a parasol so we could sit outside on the porch. In practically no time Andrew came around on a quad and brought a large parasol. Jennifer told us about what to see and do in the area. We could go for walks on the premisis accompanied by the family Kelpie that didn't bark at us at all. Two cats kept us company when we were sitting outside. During night time we could see millions of stars.

Very quiet great not hearing sirens trucks and noisy car's, ideal place to escape for a few days.

Being on tank water you had to keep a eye on your water usage we managed easy but if you like long hot showers forget it. Its a beautiful old building improvements take time and money. Good luck for the future.

A really nice find after a long day of driving. It’s really very quiet and comfortable here, and I was greeted by folks who genuinely care about your stay. If you’re lucky, a friendly dog might come up to say hello to make your really feel at home.

The location was fabulous. Very quiet and peaceful. The room was well equipped. The gardens were lovely. Our hosts were very helpful with information on where to go, not only in Hamilton and surrounds but also gave us some useful tips about what we should see on the next leg of our journey.

We didn't have breakfast, however we had a lovely stay. The hosts, Jen and Andrew, were very warm and gracious. Their pets were adorable and their property was beautiful!

This was the cleanest and tidiest accommodation I have stayed in in Hamilton. Absolutely perfect location, not too far out of town, beautiful location and nice and quite. The hosts are amazing, and their dog is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was not included but cooking equipment/utensils perfect for prep of all meals we required. Bathroom facilities excellent. Very peaceful setting for a relaxing stay after a long road trip. Hope to stay again in the future.

Would have been great having even a continental breakfast included so didn't need to think about extra provisions given a few kms from town.

Once we arrived at the location the picture didn't do justice to the magnificent landscape. It was an absolute gem of them all. Carefully planted trees, flowers, vine ... secluded grass area and the birds chirping in the front yard. A couple of pets greet you each day, willing to show you around the property. The owners are amazing hosts, we felt welcomed in their home, we will remember this experience for a very long time. Thank you kindly to share it all with us.

Peaceful and quiet. Great for one or two night stay. Free Wifi that worked really well. Self contained and could purchase wine from the Cellar Door.
