Place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend. Balcony overlooking the sea is a great size. Pool is fantastic. Grounds neat. Parking available. Staff is amazing, very attentive, and friendly. Breakfast is basic and repetitive, but has all you need. Plati beach 2 mins away, lovely beach with umbrellas at no charge, but serviced - can buy food/drinks. We'll be back for sure

You need a car to get around and explore the island. Old Port is 3 mins drive away, which is great and so is the supermarket. Not a negative, but good to know

The place is tranquil and beautiful! We stayed here early in June, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. Except our last night, we had quiet neighbours. Our apartment was lovely, modern and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed and the mattrasse were very comfortable. The unit is cleaned every day and the HK team does a great job. We had a nice balcony to enjoy our breakfast or morning coffee outdoors. We found that the breakfast basket is a great idea, you get to eat whenever you want, or take the fruit/sandwich to the beach and have it there.

In agreement with other reviews, one suggestion for improvement: the breakfast is indeed very bread-oriented and we ate the very same type of bread for a whole week, so perhaps a yoghurt or some local vegetables would make it healthier with little effort.

The host was very helpful. Unfortunately, by accident, we locked the room with the key on the inside door, very late in the evening. They managed to solve the problem and let us in. :) Breakfast was fantastic. Room was great. Location very close to the capital - 5 minutes drive. The beach in Plati is very good.

Is better to have a car to go around. By foot there are not too many options around.

Good location, spacious and modern room, nice pool and green surroundings. Family friendly accommodation. Friendly staff and especially Stavros who was always willing to help us.

The breakfast could be improved with fresh local products. Also, a bit of smell in the bathroom.

As we had apartment 1, we had a splendid view of the surroundings from our big terrace. The apartment is spacious and well equipped (small kitchen, airco, water cooker and coffee maker as requested, nice couch, good bed, plenty of cupboards, outdoor seating) and although the bathroom was on the small side, it had a great shower. The apartment was clean and kept clean according to our wishes. As there are only 14 apartments in this complex, it's nice and private and there's a pool with deckchairs as well. Breakfast is offered daily, served at a time convenient to the guests, and was really nice from an excellent baker in town: it was highly appreciated as there are no shops/restaurants in the near vicinity. The staff were really excellent: they were very friendly and offered support when our travel plans got messed up, helped out with renting scooters and arranged for transport back to the airport, checked daily for any needs and cleaned the apartment or brought clean towels upon request. We'd like to thank them very much!

Mind that it's a 15 minute stroll to Platy beach, a 20 minute stroll to Platy and a 30 minute walk to Myrina from Iliovasilema and that here's only a small mini market and a few restaurants nearby. We therefore rented scooters, which worked really well. So don't let that stop you from booking Iliovasilema!

Nice location just outside the main town, overlooking the bay of Platy. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff, spotless clean. Comfortable studios with full amenities. Nice pool area

The external aircon unit was in the balcony and was causing some heat and noise

We had a wonderful stay. All the staff is super friendly and nice. Gave us great tips where to go and what to see on the island. We got fresh towels every day, a very nice breakfast and just the feeling to be at home. It was purely amazing.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms face the sea and you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast at the front with a beautiful view. The place is very clean. We had a wonderful stay! For anyone planning to stay there, please feed the friendly black and white kitten!

The rooms are nice, might need a little renovation as the doors we not closing well, but it was not a big deal for us. The bathroom was small with a tight shower cabin, but also was something we could live with.

the beds were exceptional, the floors were nice the windows were big with screens, the room was exceptionally clean, the staff were ready to please you in every way. Location was within walking distance of the beaches and a small mini market. Acommodation was clean and spacious. Apartment 1 has a fantastic view over Platy Bay. You could walk up to Platy village and Myrina but the heat made this impossible for us, so we hired a small car. There is also a small swimming pool on site. Konstantina, Elpida & Angela made our stay a very memorable one and are credit to their employer.

The shower room is far too small and if you were someone who was of a larger frame, you would not fit in the cubicle. It is a shame as it had the making of a beautiful room with the tiling and gorgeous wash basin.
