I absolutely loved the property! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful and quiet. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and delicious breakfast. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable room to the excellent service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The room was nice, clean, with a big balcony and an amazing view. The property is relatively new, well maintained and in a nice and quiet location very close to central. The staff was really helpful as well. I would definitely recommend.

Just because it is advertised as a suite, i would expect a better shower and an iron in the room. The shower was a little bit small and water could easily get out and spill the rest of the bathroom. Also for the price we paid per night, I wouldn’t expect to ask us €0.8 for additional coffee capsules.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment! The host / owner and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and provided great tips on local activities. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and boasted great views. Its location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the main area, beaches, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return on our next visit

We liked everything. The room was perfect for us (very clean, perfect size) , the view was wonderful, exactly as expected. The staff is very kind and the owners are very dedicated to making you feel great and important as visitor/customer. Very nice positioned, on a hill with view over the entire city of Neos Marmaras and amazing sunset view over Paradisos. All the rooms have sea view, so don't worry about that. Free private parking available both in front of the building and in a private locked yard nearby. The room was huge, the view is really great, the beds were comfy, it was surprinsingly quiet and well soundproofed, everything was clean. We didn't have any issues and Kali, the owner, seemed very friendly and nice.

The shower is rather small and you have to squeeze inside, quite difficult for a larger person to comfortably shower.

Location, free parking, good internet, optional breakfast... The host Kali didn't spare any effort in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the promenade, lots of tavernas available as well as shopping boutiques. For any other info, do not hesitate to ask Kali.

Hospitality in everything. Starting from the cleanliness of the rooms, the facilities and ending with the attention of the personnel. The view was amazing, the room was modern, the towels were changed daily and room cleaned. Parking place reserved only for customers. We always communicated with the owners for any problems and were solved immediately.

Very good accommodations, close to the port (all restaurants, bars, tavernas, etc.). The room was modern, big, clean with good A/C (which is a must in August) and a small kitchenette. Towels were changed everyday if needed, coffee capsules for the expresso machine were also refilled daily. The room with a port view was also very nice.

There's a steep descent/climb to get to and from the town center (but this is also the problem with most properties in Neos Marmaras, since it's a town built on many hills). Although the view from the balcony was nice, we could not use it during the day as the sun shines directly on that area and it gets very hot.

Wonderful place! Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful host ever, she gave us useful recommendations about the nice places around. Lovely and great first impression of room. It was clean, stylish, comfortable and also the view was really nice. And of course we are pleasantly impressed that there was convenient parking, delicious coffee and they welcomed our little dog in a friendly manner. We were very pleased with our stay!

Gorgeous place with a great location and views! The room is big and cleanliness is an absolutely 10+. The owners are truly interested in your well being there. A big advantage is the parking, they have 2 parking spots, one in front of the hotel and the other one is like 2 minutes away (private fenced parking lot). In the room you have free netflix and good internet connection. Highly recommended!!
