We had traveled from North Carolina , first night of traveling we had stayed at a horrible hotel but let me tell you once we got in to sweet water it was a totally different story. The staff at the hotel was so lovely and friendly. We had left welcome and safe in the area . Room was very clean and nice and big for are dog and us .Are room was at the end so it was easy for us to walk the dog to go potty in a area , but do be careful of snakes . Once again the staff for breakfast was amazing so nice and food was great they had a option for the hotel guest but they also had other stuff you can pick from if you would like to pay . We are so happy we had stayed here and would go back again . Thank you !

It had everything we needed and it was easy to check in. The staff were very helpful and when we needed forks and knives (because the restaurant we ordered from forgot to give us any) they helped out and provided us great service. The breakfast was also very good! You can find different restaurants in the area, we went to one next door and loved it.

Great location on and off the highway. Welcoming at reception was super Texas friendly. room was clean and a little dated but for the price, suited our needs well. Breakfast was super good—and included in the price of the double queen room. Full menu options offered as well if you don’t like the eggs, bacon or sausage and toast room breakfast. no cold continental breakfast bar here! Service was great, too.

Everything! The people were nice. The room was spacious, with lots of surfaces to put things. The bathroom counter was also spacious. The bed was comfortable. They served a prepared, hot breakfast in their restaurant, which was closed for dinner. But there was a very good BBQ restaurant right next door.

We always stay here when visiting Family in Sweetwater! Great stay & Breakfast is always awesome! Staff is Professional and Always so helpful! We stay here at least twice a year and never any issues!

Breakfast was good and free with room. Good deal. I accidentally left my book reader, and they called us to come back and get it, within a half hour of us checking out.

Bathroom light fixture needs a cover.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable! Plenty of room for our family and dogs. Breakfast was great but more than the price advertised for extra people.

The pool looked like it needed cleaning. Ice machine needs fixed though they were able to give us bags at the front. Breakfast was expensive for more than 2 people.

Breakfast was good! Location was convenient.

The bathtub faucet is leaking severely so it ran all the time.

Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed.

I had to air out the room for a couple of hours due to the strong scent of cleaning products (Fabulosa, maybe?).

I have stayed at this Motel several times and I do mean several times. I would recommend this Motel to anybody and I will not stay anywhere else in Sweetwater. Everybody is nice respectful, courtesy, and they helped me with my eyes and anything else that I needed with me having medical problems. I've even stayed there just to get a break from my house here in Sweetwater.

The TV did not work. Something about the tuner but I just listen to my music on my phone and I was happy with that.
