Friendly staff and the location was great for our purpose.

We were put in the handicap room and it had a wheel chair accessible shower. The shower leaked when taking a shower and flooded the bathroom area and into the entry. This was a Sunday so there was not maintenance staff or mop bucket so we had to get a dozen or more towels to clean up the water. The next morning while leaving we informed the maid and she said that happens in that room every time it is used. So I was a little disappointed the problem has not been fixed

The room was very clean and I loved the vinyl flooring. It’s so much cleaner than carpet. The staff were helpful when we asked about food delivery and gave us a list to all the restaurants. They offered a free breakfast but we didn’t have time to eat. It looked delicious though.

I enjoyed the property immensely and I am very OCD about cleanliness. It met my expectations.

I loved that the person at the front desk helped me so much. I had not paid attention to the dates on the booking and booked the wrong dates. The front desk clerk helped me rebook my dates and I was able to stay and in the same type of room I originally booked. The room was so comfortable, the location was perfect and I felt like I was at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located. Shops and restaurants nearby. Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a very typical continental breakfast. Bed was comfortable.

My only complaint would be that the bathroom needed some work. The facilities were decent enough. Just a little worn out.

Breakfast and location were on point. The staff was awesome and it was very family friendly.

The pool needed to be cleaned and some chemicals put in. The pool room smelled bad and you came out of the pool smelling bad also. Yes I still let my kids in and they had a blast.

Clean, spacious room, nice breakfast facility It was older, but very nicely renovated. Polite and Helpful staff. Bed very comfortable.

Trim around bathroom door was rusted, needs replaced. Needs new ice bucket. Lid was cracked and peeling. Stool at front desk was torn and unsightly. Details matter!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the elevator was super slow, may not have been working properly. The restroom light fuse blew everytime we turn on the light and we had to reset it everytime.

Very convenient and friendly staff

There was not an iron in the room and no extra ones at the hotel. Had to take my shirt to the La Quinta in Guthrie, Ok, where my friends were staying and use theirs.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to book, pay online, and easy WiFi connectivity. Staff very helpful and friendly, and professional. Right off interstate 35 just where we needed to be.

The location was great for our extended family. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast food was good as well. Lobby was comfortable too.

Shower curtain was a little short, hard to keep water from leaking out onto the floor.
