tbh the hotel was good but 5 star hotel I would say it's 4 star. also please it's far from everything. all you need is bike or take train. never take taxi because of traffic. you gona waste 1 hour in traffic. over all it's good hotel. also if you want to pay via your credit card they will charge you extra 3%. location wise it's

they charged me 3% extra. plus bathroom was always leaking. staff is nice but still they don't know a single work of English.

Very quiet; convenient 7-11 next door; shuttle-bus to BTS and very approachable staff. This is my second time and I will be staying here again when I return to Thailand in January. Beds: very comfortable like any top hotel in Europe Gym: functional, clean and well-equipped. Restaurant: reasonable and effective. Can deliver to room fot no extra charge. Pool: very safe and cozy.

Gym needs a pull-up bar installed. TV has Netflix, but must pay subscription self. However, easy to use YouTube.

It's a bit outside the center, BTS is 8 mins by feet. However, make use of the motorcycles waiting at the beginning of the street - they take you to the hotel for 10 Baht... Sometimes it takes a bit until the water gets warm for showering.

Very hard to find a hotel these days without flaws but this was very well kept - especially considering the affordable rate. Loved the decor of room, comfort of bed and quite night. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Excellent selection of exercise equipment.

Was a wee bit further from skytrain than I liked...but they had it covered with a free shuttle service to and from the train...so this isnt really a negative. Wish I could stay longer

very quiet for a bustling city the decoration is very comfortable for the eye the staff are super helpful and friendly highly recommended if you want a leisurely trip and want a restful place to stay

The location is 20-45 minutes from the city center depending on traffic and if you want to take a taxi or use public transit. The hotel has a shuttle to the nearest metro (which is also the closest cluster of shops - immediately surrounding the hotel is quite empty). Not a major problem but something to consider.

big room. nice facilities. fantastic staff!! i booked some travel package from other city and need do a payment online in a hurry and had no idea how to process. one of their front desk staff help me out of the entire process. i really appreciate a warm heart.

location is not in the center. but we rent a car so it was no big deal

The staff is very friendly, everything clean and smells nicely, the room is extremely comfortable and full of beautiful details. The swimming pool area pleased us. Speaking about facilities, there is no 7/11 so close, but there is a local mini market next to the hotel where you can get some groceries.

The location is not an awesome one, but the hotel provides the shuttle service to go to the Bang Chak BTS and to come back, from a time in the morning (I don't remember which) to 10pm/11pm not sure. Moreover they took around 24 hours to reply by Line and Whatsapp, in the same way they didn't answer some calls of mine and that's why I haven't order breakfast for example...

Very quiet and clean. Bed is very good and comfortable. There is an effektive and reliable shuttle service to BTS. Cozy swimmingpool and Nice gym. The Staff is always super-nice and helpful. I got good guidance with any questions.

The place was very nice. Near the BTS station (5 min walk). The hotel provided a shuttle service to the BTS station and the walk back was not far. In case you have things to carry or don't want to work the motorbike ride is 10 Bhat. The room was quiet and good for working. They also had a gym ad swimming pool open for the guests. Most importantly, the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I will definitely like to stay here if I visit Bangkok again.

The cafe/kitchen closed at 2 p.m. However, they let me sit in the cafe as long as I wanted and work there. So No complaints here. Just wish it opened till evening.
