The room clean, big, cozy Mountain view room number 13

The pool was not open !!!!Deposit rules!!!! First of all, no one mention they take 100euro deposit. The money are not returned yet and it has been a week, everytime they are saying different excuses like the problem is with the bank.( which is not, we have already contact the bank) Now they say that is normal we can hold your deposit to 30 days😦 Whyyy, we haven’t done anything, broke or take or so. This is so UNPROFESIONAL from the Hotel!

Great location, beautiful view of the valley. Nice size room with balcony.

Asked for a refill of the lotion and was assured that it would happen that afternoon and it was never filled. Had to ask for regular coffee pouches the first morning as there were none in the room for the coffee maker. We were given 2 pouches for our 3 night stay and was told that there would be a charge if we wanted more coffee. No cleaning of the room if your stay is less than four nights. There should be a note on the booking.com website explaining this.

Spacious rooms with a balcony. There was a lift to go up which was useful. The hotel provided an e-concierge via WhatsApp which was helpful. Free parking although fully parked (by others) most of the time. A kettle and coffee maker in the kitchen. Eco-friendly hotel with recycled papers. A playground next to the parking was useful for a toddler.

The kitchen we had was very small. They don't provide the Schladming Sommercard. No air conditioning in the room. The views from our rooms weren't good.

Stunning views, very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Be aware that the on-site, separately-owned, restaurant (serving good value, hearty, Italian cuisine) doesn’t accept cards for bills less than €50 (cash only). I initially went to pay via card and was advised at that point that it was cash only (it wasn’t explained or mentioned anywhere that bills less than €50 are cash-only), thankfully we had enough cash to pay the bill, otherwise we’d have had to go and get cash the following day (as I’d had a couple of beers with my meal, so couldn’t have driven to a cash machine that evening).

The apartment was fantastic. Three balconies including a very large one with one of the best possible views of Dachstein. We even had two bathrooms and there was enough parking space, at least for the season.

During our stay, construction work was noise starting around 7am. However, this is not a persisting problem as the hotel constructed a new indoor swimming pool which should be finished by now.

I like the view from the main bedroom and from the balcony!! I can see the mountains from there. They also already open the sofa bed in the living room into the bed. The main bedroom is wide and spacious, i like it a lot! The staff (the man from Czech) is also friendly and full of smile). Many of my friends asking me about this place and i already recommended it!

The carpet in the room a little bit dusty. But that’s not a big problem for me.

Room is very comfortable for a couple. It is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Terrace is super spacious with beautiful views to mountains.

SPA was not operational due to reconstruction, and they didn't bother to offer additional service to compensate.

The apartment was very nice and fully equipped and even bigger than we expected. The location was amazing and very close to the center where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. Big parking place right in front of the hotel.

We were there for 3 nights and we did not have our apartment cleaned in any of the days. The garbage was not removed, the sheets were not changed, the towels neither -> kind of strange for a 4* hotel. We even had to buy our own toiletries as they were not enough.

A little bit far from the center of Schladming, but we knew this, so not a problem for us. But as the hotel is situated above Schladming you have a wonderful view over the city and the surrounding area! Good to know that a guarantee of 100 euros is retained and then returned after the check-out (we didn't know about this... it would be useful to write it on booking, so that you know in advance).

Location was incredible, view spectacular. Game room was good for the kids. Staff was quite helpful when asked for activity ideas.

No fans (or AC) for any air circulation. Unfortunately, the pool is under construction. It would have been nice to have a cafe at least to grab a coffee, or vending machine. And "gym" was 2 machines in a small room.
