I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the modern ambiance added to the overall experience. The hotel's proximity to the cultural center was a definite plus. The staff, especially Ahmed and Sau (apologies if the names are not exact), were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a delightful addition. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff are really welcoming and the room was really comfy and clean, I liked the breakfast. I do recommend you to stay there you will enjoy your stay because everything you need will be close to you specially the transportations and Egyptian bazaar

Good location, near Golden Horn, metro, restaurants, supermarket and the main road. New hotel with lovely staff who were very hospitable, helpful and kind. Very clean hotel, nice decor. Staff spoke limited English but we managed well with Google translate and they always went out of their way to try and understand and help. When we had a few issues in the room they sorted them out immediately (not real issues, just figuring out how things worked). We had a sea view family room with a double and 2 singles, room has 2 Juliette balconies with lovely views. Kettle, fridge, hairdryer, water, coffee sachets in room. Free tea, coffee, water in reception 24/7. Breakfast 8:30-10:30 when we were there - included Turkish tea, milk, coffee, ready cooked savoury French toast with salad items, cheeses, cold meat, jam, cheese spread, choc spread, tahini spread, honey, breads, biscuit, cake. Our only real issue was with the lift - only accommodates 2 people, and often breaks down temporarily(never with us inside - just wouldn't open sometimes) Breakfast - sometimes wished for some hot options, butter, cereal.. but really not a big deal. What was there was very nice and staff were lovely. Sound-proofing not great: corridor noises and also the terrace seems to be open all night - our room was just below it and we could hear furniture scraping noises at all hours.

We stayed in White Palace Hotel for a week over New Year’s and it was really nice the owner and the staff were super friendly specially Houssam he was very nice and helpful, the owner was very good he looked after us really well, we got complementary tea and coffee throughout our stay which was amazing, the owner helped us to change money and recommend us places to shop and site-seeing and restaurants, they really made our trip so much easier and nicer 😊

My mom and I recently stayed at the White Palace Hotel in Istanbul, and we had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. Our room was spotless and impeccably cleaned every day, which added to the comfort of our stay. The hospitality was unmatched—every time we returned to the hotel, we were greeted with the kind gesture of being offered hot beverages, which felt so thoughtful and inviting. The typical Turkish breakfast was a highlight of our mornings. It was delicious, made with fresh and high-quality ingredients, and offered a variety of options that we looked forward to every day. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with both the metro and tram stations nearby, making it easy to get around. Moreover, many of Istanbul’s iconic tourist attractions are within walking distance, which saved us time and allowed us to explore the city at our own pace. The terrace was another wonderful feature of the hotel. Even though we visited in winter, it was clear how beautiful it would be in the summer. I can only imagine enjoying the stunning views while sipping tea on a warm evening. Overall, we were delighted with our stay at White Palace Hotel, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Don’t judge a book by its cover; the streets where the hotel is located are a bit dodgy and rundown, however, it is safe to walk by night!

We had two rooms booked at the hotel, which is located very central. Easily you can walk to tram, bus, train, ferry and shops. A walk to the blue mosque will take approximately 30 minutes. The hotel itself was small and very cute. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in all manners. Not only at the reception but also the cleaners and breakfast lady which gave the stay an extreme happy and relaxed vibe. Even though we were not able to speak the same language, but they made it easy to communicate in different ways. Rooms were made up daily with a lot of effort, I haven’t seen so much detailed tidying up in any other hotel. It’s a perfect little guesthouse in the heart of Istanbul. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming!!

The hotel was pleasant to stay in, the rooms were neat and clean and the hotel staff is very kind and willing to help. The hotel's terrace has a beautiful view of the city and the hotel is located in a great location - close to all important tourist spots.

The room does not have the best insulation, so one evening we had a lot of noise from the street (night works on the road), and occasionally there is an unpleasant smell from the toilet drain. Also, the hotel is located in an alley that doesn't look the safest, but we didn't have any problems.

White Palace Hotel is the best boutique hotel when you want to stay in Istanbul and feel comfortable. The location is just perfect (close to metro, buses, tram). The view from the room with balcony or terrace was amazing. Breakfast was tasty (amazing turkish tea). You also could take breakfast and eat on terrace. And what is the most important - people. The hotel employees are very kind and nice people who are ready to help you anytime (Adnan and Hanifi thank you very much for your help during our holiday).

Only one little minus was smell in bathroom in night time, but we were talking about it with employees and it is because sewage water system and it didn't bother us that much.

All at its best. Cosy, new and spotless clean 2 bedroom studio. Perfect for 3. Helpfull staff. Exceeded expectations. Close to metro. Good restaurants and caffe nearby. Also a good value for its price. Parking is a plus.
