Friendly staff, very basic and clean, and the sustainability approach.

The poor food and beverage quality when I ordered room service. Fried rice, which is a speciality of Indonesia, should never be substandard. It was oily, predominantly tasted of soya sauce and the portions were small. The Thai ice tea is actually coloured water, very dilute and nowhere near the real beverage. Travellers are nowadays more exposed to international and regional cuisines. Hotels offering international items have to be very sure of their offerings, given the steep prices charged in your menu. Disappointing really.

The cleanness of the pool, I think because of the rainy seasons sometimes the small bugs (Laron) are everywhere and they die shrinking in the pool. A big pool is okay because the debit of water is huge, but a small pool for kids, should be more attention for this because the debit of water is not as big in the bigger pool it makes itchy in the skin. Maybe cleaning and use filter especially in the small pool will be better,

I got upgraded (by Booking.com) to the Golf view room. The room was spacious, utterly clean with a modern design. The facilities were very good and met my expectation. The breakfast was pretty good, although there are rooms for improvement.... Overall, a superb albeit short experience for a working trip......

It is also a family hotel, and I recommend (when possible) to be aware that people who are there for business, ask for a room not between rooms with quite some (young) children, who make (of course) more noise. Or the hotel reserves a separate floor (when possible). Less space to sit quietly when you want to discuss with some colleagues, without renting a meeting room. But for that, I recommend going to the 'neighbor hotel' which belongs to the same organization and is within walking distance (150 m).

Love the ambience of this hotel, the staff are friendly, the facilities comfortable, specially for kids. we can also visit novotel hotel with the shuttle that provided by the hotel, our kid had a good time when riding horse and it's for free, and there's gokart also in the front of the hotel (we have to pay for this service). thank you Ibis

we've order food from the resto, when it's come the food is not what we've ordered, the taste is so so.

The staff were very friendly, welcome drink always standby at the lobby (sweet ice tea & cold mineral water), water dispenser are in each room floor for us to refill our bottle and when its empty call reception and they quickly replace with new one (the brand was Cle0) i dont like the taste tho. Breakfast was good, unexpected there was indomie section which was always busy (ayam bawang & goreng only). There were strawberry & choco milk in fridge section along with pudding & fla, fruits watermelon, papaya & pinaple, i didnt try their sushi, but it was always there. Bubur ayam & bubur manis section was always there too. Their croisant wasnt the best but very oke, i like it. There were shabu² section with tomyum soup was the best tomyum soup i ever tasted. Maybe because of ramadhan there were ketupat section along with sayur labu & other condiment. There were always beef & chicken sausages, eggs, rice, noodle / rice noodle, toast breads, donuts, & croissant, during weekend they added martabak manis & pukis section. I like their bread puding too. For drink 2 kind of juice, mineral & infused water, black coffee and black tea, cappucino machine with the choice of cappucino, chococino, expresso, milo & hot water. Dinner buffet with 125rb / adult (child up to 12yo ½ price) with the menu pecel ayam (chicken meat,liver,heart,feet,head,gizzard, tahu & tempe), sayur asam, fruits (watermelon, papaya & pinnaple). What i like best was their hot wedang jahe / ginger with brown sugar. On day 4 we stayed, we had dinner for the 2nd time, they added ice cream & es buah (fruit coktail) on the buffet. The room i booked was twin room, it has 100cm wide. The bed was comfortable, i had to add extrabed and the bed was comfortable too. Shower room & toilet was seperated, i like their design of the room, there was chiller & deposit box.

Clean, well maintained. Good facilities, love the location and view. It is a bit outside of the city but we love it because of the quality of fresh air and expansive view of the mountain.

Had a bit of mishap during check in but the staff handled it well and we truly enjoyed our stay throughout.

Breakfast are the best. They served full vaeriety of foods such as indonesian, western, oriental even Japanese ! Not to mention the pastries. The menu suitable for all ages. Kids, adult even elder. Room is clean and spacious. Wifi works fast. We also can visit the hotel next door for a little walk. Oh, they also provide bikes to ride. The best is, they provided wheelchair for guest. So, it really helped my mom who is using it in her daily life. Two thumbs !

The ATV only one. So, the kids have to wait long for they turn. Maybe they need to add more.

the location is in a quiet area and they offer meals at an affordable price if you want to have a staycation. there's a pool even though it's not a large one but can accommodate you. The view from the room is totally amazing.

perhaps the bikes they let the guests borrow only a few, should provide more bikes.

It was full with childrens for the weekend running around and having fun, and the staffs were exceptionally helpful and very friendly..the room was well equiped and clean. Very children and family friendly hotel.

It would have been nice to have a small fridge or microwave oven in the room
