Great location, 11 min from Disneyland. Amazing breakfast and super clean!

The front desk did not let me extend my stay because I booked through booking.com. That’s has never happened to me before. It was inconvenient and the only reason I don’t give it a 10/10

The manager's reception (FREE cocktails) was a hit and much needed when we checked in. It definitely got our trip started on the right foot. Check in was quick and easy (it was around 5 pm) and front desk staff was helpful. A hot breakfast each morning was great, but our son couldn't stop raving about how much he loved the breakfast potatoes. Lots of options to choose from, which was nice to mix it up each day. There was always someone cleaning and clearing dishes. My husband had good things to say about the bar and bartender. It was nice that there was a store within the hotel as we forgot a toothbrush. We did make a quick trip to Target across the street to grab water and snacks for our room. Another feature I liked was the ability to text the hotel staff. I was surprised to get a "greeting" text from "Molly" at the hotel. Usually we don't do more than sleep in our rooms on vacation but this trip we did actually take the time to lounge around so having a suite was nice for that as well. We used the hot tubs a couple nights which was also a plus. There is a ART bus stop right in front of the hotel which got us right to Disneyland in minutes. Lots of places to walk to and eat dinner as well. If you're looking for a Starbucks, it's located in the Hyatt right behind the Embassy.

The only thing I would say wasn't good for us was the A/C. Our room was very warm even though we lowered the thermostat it just didn't feel like it was cooling down. Engineering did come look at it while we were out but the room didn't cool down enough.

Breakfast was great - room was nice and spacious, clean and comfy. The location was also hard to beat.

While the breakfast area staff and attendants were top notch, I'd say the front desk folks were a bit subpar. They weren't particularly friendly, didn't handle a difficult customer well so made a bunch of people wait in line, and they weren't really knowledgeable about the amenities or the surrounding area.

The comfort and size of the room was excellent. I was exactly what I was looking for and then some. I also loved the complimentary breakfast every day. Also, the front desk was very helpful when I left an item in a Lyft ride. Worked with the driver to bring back and hold my items for me. I really thank them for that.

The only issue I had with with turn down service. On the second night, I put up my Do not disturb sign. But when I got back from Disneyland, the sign was gone. Also when they did do the turn down service, they only replaced the bath towels. They never replaced the hand or face towels.

The hotel is of the Embassy Suite standard and a good hotel to stay in. The hot breakfast buffet was tasty and easy...the hotel even had signs about peak busy times at breakfast to avoid them if you want. Parking was almost always available, though the stalls were small. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but busy most of the typical times (late evening).

The hotel doesn't have stairs that access the main floor. So you have to take the elevator even when your room is on the 2nd floor. And there is often a wait for the elevator, especially as people leave the Disney parks in the evening. The pool is nice but was always out of towels.

The location was great, staff were helpful and it's generally a pretty nice hotel. Free breakfast and a daily drinks reception were bonuses. The interior fish pond was fun, too. The rooms were nice with plenty of room, it was quiet and earns a solid Meets Requirements.

Room could have been cleaner - we had some long black hairs in our bathroom that were clearly not ours. Parking was a bit rich at $25 per day. The free breakfast is worth every cent - I would have preferred to pay for a better quality breakfast. Aside from the excellent made-to-order omelettes, it was not very nice.

Rooms were nice, comfortable and plenty of room for myself and 3 kids. Meals were great!

The shared parking between 3 different hotels was difficult, if you returned late evening you wouldn't find anything close. You will end up in the back parking area or on the side which the 4 nights we were there it seemed to have lots of people hanging out around the cars in the parking lot.

The staff are delightful and I felt taken care of from the minute I arrived. I had a small issue with my room which was resolved quickly. The room was amazing and it meet my expectation for quiet. The hotel was very well situated for taking the bus right into Disneyland each day. I could see the bus stop from the hotel. The pool was outdoors. The breakfast was always well presented and appreciated for the quality and availability. I was able to partake in one happy hour experience and that too was enjoyable.

The $25 daily parking fee. I can understand why it is needed as the bus is so convenient to disneyland I can see locals taking advantage. But I still don't like it.

The bed was terrible. Part of the bed frame stuck out at least 6 inches but was covered by a skirt; I hit my ankle on it. The mattress was awful, sunken in the middle and worn out. Shower head was basically a heavy blast of water with no way to control the pressure. One elevator inoperable, same one was inoperable a few months ago.

Breakfast is the same every day, American breakfast. Pretty decent, but nothing fantastic. Room was spacious, booked the larger King Suite. Bed is large and generally comfortable. Free hotel WIFI speed is slow but usable.

Supposed to have no house cleaning for 5 days standard, unless requested. Maybe save the environment with less cleaning? Not a single complimentary bottle of drinking water. no toothbrush and toothpaste, no slippers. Not sure if this is a standard thing in Hilton or across the states.
