Very kind and good staffs. Ameen from the reception was the first face we saw and did represent this hotel very well. he was very helpful and supportive and make our check in process go very smoothly. Also thank to Sajid for your service. The hotel itself has a very relaxing atmosphere with its lobby connected to the mall. Our Room was comfortable and when we needed to heat our food they actually offered to bring a microwave ! that has never happened to us before and was a very nice touch from the staff. We had our breakfast in the room and the food was extremely delicious with reasonable prices. their dedication towards their customers is unmatched !

We loved the service. We loved the spacious room. We loved the breakfast. We loved that it was connected to the mall. We loved that there were plugs everywhere to make it easy to plug in our technology. Overall it was a very delightful stay and we will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

It was a very windy day so when we went up to use the pool it was not available. Other than that it was a pretty perfect little getaway. Though the distant view of the beach and Souk Al Kout were lovely, it was very distracting with the rooftop of the Al Kout Mall air conditioners and other pipes

Furniture , spa need some renovation Roof pool is not safe for kids ( should raise the glass barriers since it’s by the edge of the hotel) - couldn’t find parking, parked in an empty land in front of the hotel

Reception staff are awesome! Margarida and manager AbdulMahsob did everything they can to make our stay comfortable! Thank you both!! Rooms are clean furniture is modern. Complementary water is provided. Breakfast: Many options available, egg station, saj station, pancakes and waffles station, bakery selections, cheese table ... etc

Toilet seat too high for average height. If you are tall it will be ok. TV channel list is limited. The last night was rainy. Rain was so heavy and electricity went off for seconds and came back but some lights were not working. We called maintenance they fixed it but it happened so frequently that we decided not to call maintenance in the middle of the night! Also elevators and one corridor had some water dripping after the rain .

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was a very good selection … my room was cleaned daily and the staff are very polite and helpful … the hotel is attached to the Al kout mall where you can find places to shop and dine …

Nothing about the hotel but I feel I could have made a better selection of location … this hotel is not in the main city and a bit far out from most attractions …

Hotel staff and cleanliness were very good.

but at the last exit from the hotel, they charged a taxi fee of 5 dinars for the distance of 300 meters. I learned later that the taxi fare for that distance is only 1 dinar, which made me sad. If it wasn't for this event, it would have been a 10-point hotel.

First I chose this hotel because it’s near the sea and it’s inside the mall second it’s give you the comfy & cozy feeling inside the hotel and the busy active rush of enjoying life near the hotel(mall) The workers who work are very polite

what i didn’t like there the restaurants.I think that the menus should improve,renew .The food was actually less than good I don’t know why but the Spa was closed (they said because of Corona )But everywhere in Kuwait the Spas are open

Spacious, Clean, Elegant Finishing, attention to details ( lights inside closets, lights with sensors under bed when waking up in the night, etc.), friendly check in/out process, adjacent to Al Kout Mall, great breakfast options and friendly chefs...

Glass of window (sea view) was not clean and disturbed the superb experience. I understand sand storms but a 5 star hotel like this would have been perfect if glass windows were clean.
