Lovely spacious room with a street view. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk in the room. The bar area is lovely with huge sofas and comfy chairs to relax in Amazing location, right in the centre

Disappointed with breakfast. For £12.50 you have to choose what you want the day before. It was a very small cooked breakfast with sausage being no more than chipolata size. Just one of each thing. No hot buffet or option for more. There was a selection of cereals and toast if that's you're thing.

The location is brilliant - walking distance from several restaurants/cafés and opposite a cute park. Whilst the car park was full, there was free street parking a minute walk away. The bar and restaurant downstairs are really nice, stylish and well-stocked. Breakfast was good too. we brought our dog and he was given a box of treats, a tennis ball and dog poop bags. I would happily stay here again and it's so handy to find a hotel that accepts dogs, especially in Snowdonia!

The room itself didn't feel that clean and the showers were hot but not super hot, which would have been nice.

The room was on the 2nd floor with view of back carpark it had a comfy double bed with tv coffee/tea making facilities a large tv on the wall and wardrobe with plenty of hangers and drawer space . The room was lovely the decor was gorgeous and clean although the bathroom was a little tired . This hotel is an amazing dog friendly hotel the staff are so lovely and on arrival we got a dog goody bag with treats and a ball! The location of this hotel was perfect going mid week was definitely a bonus as a lot quieter. we had a breakfast in the bar area where dogs are allowed , the bar area is stunning and the restaurant from what we could see was lovely the breakfast was well worth the £14 extra fee, cereals ,overnight oats pots toast and a lovely big cooked breakfast tea and coffee and juices

Would of liked a room with a better view and the extra pillows we did ask to go back and collect them but were told they would bring them other than that we had a wonderful Stay

Lovely refurbished hotel in a beautiful village. The room we stayed in was to the rear of the building with a view of St Mary's church. The bathroom was bright and clean, with a backlit mirror. The room itself was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Rooms were serviced daily. There was also a cocktail lounge, bar, and restaurant in the hotel although these are all open to the public as well. You can book a table in advance by just scanning a QR code from your room.

The view from the room also included the side of the Londis shop next door with the bins and vans etc. There are also windows opposite with a direct view of the room so there is a degree of lack of privacy. There is no lift so we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs, possibly not so bad if you're only staying for a weekend but we stayed for a week. We booked a table in the restaurant for Sunday night but we were not advised that the menu was different, which was disappointing. We were also overcharged, and had to complain, and were told that the prices in the menu were incorrect.

Loved the place. Reason for booking was a bit of the last minute decision to join a family member who were staying in town, and there was not much left to choose from, but I’m really happy about my choice. Found a parking space in hotel’s parking, was greeted friendly at the reception. My little single room was cozy, warm and quiet, with the good shower too. Had a dinner in the restaurant, again, very friendly service, lovely setting and good food with vegetarian options available. I didn’t spend much time at the hotel as I was out exploring, but there was plenty of cozy areas to sit outside or inside. Simple check-out process too, I simply dropped the key to the box and left at the very early time I had to. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Large bedroom and very comfortable bed evening meal very good various lounge areas with large seetees nicely decorated and very clean

Although the breakfast was very nice the experience wasn’t this was due to one member of staff we arrived at our stated time no one was on the desk waiting 5mins before going to reception to ring the bell when she came out she said she had been waiting for us there was no milk for my cereal when she appeared again she said she was just going to fill it up and told me my breakfast was ready and put it on the table I hadn’t even eaten my cereal at this point said it had been busy but that’s no excuse

Staff were very helpful. Came to clean the bathroom when we found wee on the toilet seat and head hairs in the sink. Also helped my other half set up a birthday surprise for me. Hotel was in a great location in the village and for exploring the area.

Double bed was two twins pushed together. The mattresses were quite soft & sloped from where they met to the edge. Wasn't very comfortable. The hotel's car park is tiny and no spaces were available during our stay. But the main car park in the village was just over the road and it only cost £1 per car to park there overnight (6pm to 8am).

Family room was clean and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels and furnished nicely. Tea and coffee facilities. Hotel was modern and beautifully decorated. Parking onsite or near by if full. Staff are excellent. Very helpful and friendly. A pleasurable stay.

Whilst our shower was lovely it could have done with a fitted door right across the shower area rather than a pane of glass halfway, as we had to contend with a wet floor. However when I mentioned this to a staff member he was very helpful in giving me more towels and advised he would bring this to management.

Was lovely and cosy with log burners in the lounge and bar. Beautiful aesthetics , the outside looked extremely festive and the inside was very well decorated for the festive season. The food was extremely good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was beautiful.

The only (not so much a complaint) more a suggestion would be to turn the heating on in the rooms an hour before booking in , as the room was a little chilly when we first arrived.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable and location is perfect with easy access to all local amenities as well as walks etc. Bar food was very good, Bar area very comfortable and nicely decorated. Only an hour from ferry terminal at Holyhead which was great. Will definitely be back to stay. Local area is amazingly beautiful and we were lucky that the sun shone on both days.

Parking a little tight at times but manageable. Also while I have no problem with dogs in the hotel I would prefer that they weren't allowed on the sofas in the bar area. Other than that we had a great stay, highly recommend it.
