The room was beyond comfortable and clean, the staff were wonderful and accommodating, and the amenities were all very nice. The heated, indoor pool was a nice little feature and was a lovely way to relax. 10/10 I would recommend this hotel to friends and family as it was a truly cute little spot!

Although the overall experience at this hotel was great, the staff made a major error and charged my card twice for a weeks stay after I stated I already paid online. It’s been a hassle getting the money back on the card, but it was a mistake and would not deter me from returning in the near future.

Decor, bathroom and main room were comfortable. Coffee and pot were ok. Wiring to the outlets could be corrected. Our check-in was great after rooms were switched. AC unit worked great! Safe in the room. Hair dryer. Ironing board and iron 😊. Loved the night light wall sconce.

No coffee cups or bathroom cups. Just had to go down to front desk for them but shouldn't have needed to. It was a very busy weekend at the Jersey shore, so no biggie.

What I liked about my stay was. The price was very good and the rooms are very updated.

I don't like the fact that it takes 31 days for your security deposit to come back to your bank account. That's only default that I have about this hotel... If you pay, you should be able to get your security deposit right there or at least 3 for business days, not a whole month....

The price was fair.

I'm still waiting on my secure. Deposit, it's already been a month and still haven't received that every time I call they say they released it but still waiting on my security deposit. I don't understand if I pay on the spot. Why do I have to wait a month? They told me 7 business days.

The room were clean, location Felt safe, accommodations were appropriate and the staff attempted to be helpful where possible.

The neighboring room was loud and kept us from sleeping multiple times thru the stay. Staff could not correct the issue, and the hotel was fully booked but they tried.

The staff was amazing. The location was great the room was clean. It was a beautiful view of the pool. We enjoyed it a lot.

Our bathroom sink didn't drain that was a little weird. And I think they need to have your blankets.

We had nice clean room and bathroom was also clean. It is good place to stay for short time. There was pool and water was nice and warm. You also will get small breakfast options - you can make waffles and quick oats and if you are lucky there might be granola bars and bakery.

Our room faced the road and it got really cold at night when radiator was off. Radiator made quite a noise. One of our doorcards did not work and hotel was far from bus station.

My only complaint was I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper and the maid said No only 1 . They are small rolls and we have 2 of us for the weekend . Kinda rude after paying 150 bucks a night

The room inside was clean, simple and spacious. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

The hallway and doors to each room seemed a bit outdated and spooky. The bathroom shower/tub could be replaced, grimy looking.

The beds were awful spent the night tossing and turning and tried both beds The first beds mattress was so old I almost rolled out onto the floor and the had no cushioning or give when you laid down The 2nd beds mattress was just worn out not comfortable
