I stayed here prior to racing the California International Marathon (CIM). Parking was easy and the front desk was extremely friendly when checking us in. The room was very spacious and comfortable and had lots of nice amenities including a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. The bathroom was clean and worked well and the hotel even offered a special complimentary breakfast service starting at 3:30am for the runners which exceeded all expectations!

There was a small hiccup when checking in (we were assigned the wrong room) but it was resolved quickly. Couldn't find a way to adjust the temperature in the room and it was a bit hotter than I would've preferred.

The breakfast provided was very good, hot and fresh. The room was fairly quiet (8 out of 10). The facilities were clean and well kept.

The water pressure was awful. I needed to stay in the shower an extra 5 or 6 minutes just to rinse out my hair. We decided to book a second room for our daughters that live in the area, it would have been nice to receive a discount on the 2nd room.

I am a mom visiting my kids for the first time in months after getting visits back from my ex. I traveled hours to see them. It was my sons birthday. The entire staff, but mainly Paola, couldn't have been more fabulous. Customer service is amazing. Pool and hot tub were fun and breakfast and coffee station were great. Thank you!!!!!!!

Highway view, but it's a traveler hotel so that's to be expected. Everything else was good! In n out close!

The following complaints are not against the hotel. I am sure they are company policies. ============ Upon check-in -- told to call a day ahead if we wanted our room cleaned. So, daily room service not provided without request (including towels, sheets, etc) Then my nightly fee should be reduced. === Reduce service - reduce nightly fee === Miss the nightly cookies and breakfast to go bag.

The hotel was very nice and had all the accommodations we needed.

We were traveling with my small dog, which I listed under special accommodation at the booking app. I received a response that they could accommodate me at no extra cost, but when I checked in I was informed there was a $75.00 pet fee.

I liked the cleaning service of the room. Breakfast was very good. I liked the smiling staff all the time.

The only comment I have is about the sofa bed. It was not comfortable once it was used as a bed. It can be improved.

the rooms were HUGE. very clean. comfortable beds. Nice size fridge. Decent breakfast. Safe parking area. Nice neighborhood

The parking lot is small. It was a long way from the HC space to the front entry but there were ample HC spaces so that’s nice. We reserved a roll in shower, but the room was not available when we arrived as someone else was staying over. Not their fault but a huge issue for us when it came to showers.

Clean. Friendly staff. They took care of anything we needed.

Apparently a family with kids above us. At 3 am they got up and jumping around, running around. Kept us awake for about 90 mins. Then guess they left? Families need to be on ground floor. From now on we ask for top floor.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was quiet enough for a light sleeper - walls not too thin, and not too noisy with windows closed even though right next to the freeway. Pool, large hot tub and a small gym. Great location for proximity to coffee and food places.

Tub was completely clogged. Breakfast was not good quality food, though standard for this level of hotel. Seemed a little high priced for the area and hotel level.

At the beginning I had a problem connecting to internet even after several attempts they want me to call the customer service as troubleshooting and they had a hard time finally by using my phone address code finally the tech could connect the internet.
