The breakfast was great, so was our lunch. There is a variety of children activities, such as cooking class, movies, etc. The hotel location is closed to all you can eat stalls and restaurants during the day and a walking distance to Kebun Raya Bogor.

When I paid the bill, I asked what is the refundable amount of Rp500,000 meant for (that was mentioned/stated when I booked the rooms with booking.com: damage deposit Rp500,000 fully refundable) and the answer is that they don't know. So, I was not clear why the Rp500,000 was stated when I booked the rooms. I hope that booking.com can give me an explanation. Thank you.

Perfect stay in the city centre and if you are a foodie. Amazing breakfast! Lots of options! But I need to get up quite early to get the best seat due to the small space. The staff are extraordinary! It seems that 101 has limited staff, but they were really helpful during my two nights stay.

A bit pricey but it is worthed. We had loud noise from the pool area on Saturday night. Small swimming pool and it is always full with kids. The hotel is always fully booked, especially at the weekend, so better booked in advance. It seems there was a leak in 7th floor especially during the rainy season? We found a puddle of water in front of our room. The shampoo and soap dispenser needs to be checked anytime there is a new guest.

Personnel was very kind and mostly helpful. The room was very large. We had two balconies. WiFi and airco worked well, although the first night it turned off every hour.

Cleanliness. Really, you don't need tourists to see that the cleaning really needs to improve...

The staff was hands-down best we experienced yet. Edward and Billy (but the others too) went above and beyond to make us happy and help us wherever they could. They were awesome!!! Design of the lobby and restaurant area are beautiful and the food is great: both the snack menu at the pool and the breakfast were lovely.

The hotel was very nice with good wifi and the staff is very kind. The breakfast is very nice with a big selection of western food. The rooms were clean and allot of space to work on your laptop. Overall i liked the stay allot.

The only thing that wasn't amazing was that the sink in the bathroom was a little small and little space to put toothbrush and other stuff if you are traveling with 2.

The room was good. The location waa at the chinatown of Bogor. So there were lots of mini shops and restaurants just right in front of the hotel. The hotel restaurant was delish. In general it was a great stayover.

The hospitality of the staff was easily the highlight of our trip. Hotel was designed in congruent with the old city vibe of the surrounding. Breakfast was delicious. Location was superb as it's steps away from all the legendary eateries. Can't wait to go back!

I have to pay additional fee IDR 82.000 for my kid's breakfast. My kid only eat 1 slice of bread & a small portion of porridge. So it's too expensive!
