An amazing little Bed and Breakfast in a great part of Napoli. The hosts Angelo and his son, Dario were so welcoming and attentive, with plenty of handy advise on getting around and where to go. Angelo is a great example of a Neapolitan gentleman, and Dario was brilliant and can speak English well, sharing his passion for music and his hometown with us. Breakfast was excellent, with local Napoletano pastries every morning and coffee (there were more options but I was more than happy eating Sfogliatelle every morning. The location was very good for Napoli, in the historic area and next to the Quartieri Spagnola, just a short walk from historic sites and also a couple of metro stops, making it easy to get to the central station when needed. The room itself was really nice and full of character and I enjoyed learning about Napoletano legend, Pino Daniele, who has inspired the hotel, and getting to listen to his music. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay. Waking up and being able to look out the balcony onto the sunshine and the hustle and bustle was always enjoyable, but the doors to the balcony did a good job at keeping the noise out and I slept very well. I absolutely will be back when I return to Napoli and highly recommend this as a gem of a place to anyone visiting. A high rating well deserved.

Very beautiful place, made with passion and love for music. The host - Mr. Angelo - a very kind personality was there, ready to serve us for whatever we needed. Clean room, quiet (something you don't find easily in Naples) and in a safe place, so you can move around safely even at night. You could walk to all the points of interest easily. It is just a few meters from the Archaeological museum, it is at the beginning of the most central street and there are good places nearby to taste the Neapolitan cuisine. We will definitely choose it next time!

Everything. Dario and his father Angelo were very kind, helpful and welcoming. Our room was very spacious clean and comfortable. The building was in a great location downstairs from a bakery/café and 10 minute walk to an amazing gelato place Mennella that makes its gelatos from the best local ingredients . The best experience for me though was that I got to stay at a B&B that has a passion for making their clients feel at home and celebrates the love of Pino Danielle, my favorite Neapolitan rock star. Dario and his father have made Terra Mia a labor of LOVE🎸🤩🧿 Dario has vinyl of Pino’s albums and CDs throughout the B&B with descriptions to follow. He has a record player electric guitar which is amazing. He will play whatever song you wish to hear without hesitation. Loved staying here and wish I could have stayed another night!! Great place to relax. Close to all attractions within walking distance. There are two metro lines nearby. Safe location. Large, spacious, clean room. Cleaning took place every day. Very good breakfast. Great hosts Dario and Angelo, always ready to help and give valuable advice on where to visit. Be aware that Naples is a very noisy city and you can't hide from the noise anywhere, even at night. So, if someone is a very light sleeper, I advise you to take earplugs with you.) When leaving, get ready to pay another city tax, which is not included in the price. Thank you. All liked it.

The accommodation is great. There was nothing missing. Everything was extremely good. The owner is super friendly and helped us with all our questions. He is super nice and sweet. The location is central to visit all the famous places within Napels. Highly recommended.

Everything. Great breakfast, very kind people, helped us with whatever we needed. Very clean place. Good location, safe neighbourhood.

Small things like the bed was a little too hard and also it was kind of an uphill walk for 5 minutes. But the interactions, the cleanliness and the atmosphere of the house made up for it.

We liked everithing, very good, we arrived late and Angelo waited for us..very good location, can walk around Napoli, very confortable, clean and Angelo (father)and Dario, and Lina, all very helpfull..We realy recomend their beautiful place. Obrigada a vós!

This was a beautiful accomodation hosted by Angelo, an exceptionally pleasant man. Everything was great, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, the breakfast was typical Italian with Napolitan pastries and fresh coffee made by our host. An excellent location very near to the Napoli Centro storico. We will definitely come back to Napoli and book Terra Mia again!

- the bathroom could be a little bit more clean (the walls of the shower) - the water in the shower is draining slowly - the breakfast only includes sweets

This was the 2nd year in a row that my gf and I stayed at Terra Mia. Our experience last summer was so great that we checked the availability as soon as we booked our trip to Napoli. The entire B&B is spotless, the rooms are spacious, and Angelo is a very kind and gracious host. Considering you get a decent breakfast with a coffee of your choice, the value for the money is great. As far as distance, it's about a 20 minute walk from Napoli Central, 10 minutes to the historical center, and 25 minutes to Quartieri Spagnoli. All in all, great place, friendly and helpful staff, safe location, great value for the money, and an ideal place for couples. Highly recommend!

The card reader was down so I was forced to pay in cash. Not a huge inconvenience, but it's always better to have the option.
