Thoughtful and charming design of the hotel with a bathtub in the room which we were told is the most desirable room! Warm reception from the staff and we were showered with gifts both at check-in and check-out! One can tell this hotel cares about impressing guests and they succeeded! Ear plugs are provided but we ended up not needing it, and staff would go around and offer tea when they see you sitting in the courtyard.

It seems the hotel only serves hot breakfast during weekend so we got good coffee, pastries and fruits to start the day outside the weekend. We are fine without and staff also recommended good tips on a very good bakery within 2 mins walk.

It’s a small hotel with most of the rooms on first floor. It’s beautifully decorated. Each room has a QR, so you can check some things from your room and know who painted the painting hanging in you’re room. It has and a great location, one block away from the Cathedral and the best restaurants. In the morning they have coffee and sweet bread as a courtesy. They give you bottles of water every day and you can refill your bottles whenever you want. We got the room on the street side. On weekends there’s music outside. The hotel gives you earplugs. You don’t hear the music from the other rooms. Everything is very clean. Staff is very nice and always willing to help. They even gave us a presente when we checked out.

I have stayed in many hotels in Morelia, and this is by far my favorite hotel. The facility is clean, safe and centrally located to the city. What made my stay enjoyable was the service from staff. Upon checking in, they greeted me by offering me something to drink. Then I was provided with a bar of organic soap brought by Oaxaca. My room was cleaned daily, and I was provided with all the necessities (shampoo/conditioner, lotion, and soap). I was also provided with ear plugs for the noise, but I didn’t use it as the noise from the nearby restaurants/shops were minimal. My room was spacious, and I had a window. It also offered A/C unit and a large television. The WiFi signal was strong. In the mornings, the staff provided complimentary coffee and bread. They also offer breakfast for additional costs. The breakfast and service were outstanding. Most importantly, at night, they lock the doors to the hotel and have a security guard. The location is super convenient and walking distance to downtown Morelia. Anytime I would return to the hotel, the staff would greet me and offer me a drink. Upon checking out, I was provided with a gift, a blouse which was handcrafted by locals in Oaxaca, and my husband was given a bag of coffee, also from Oaxaca.

outstanding breakfast offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It would be great to have it every day, but this is a small hotel and it's probably not practical. Staff even found a loaner I-phone charger!

The only thing I would add is a comfortable chair in the room. I traveled for work and was there 2 weeks. It would have been nice to have a place I could read or work in my room.

What a lovely hotel. My room was large and comfy and the historic house was so beautiful. The best part of my stay however were the exceptional women who staff and run the place. I can't remember ever being welcome so warmly at any place I've ever stayed. (And I'm ancient! 62 years old with lots of hotels under my belt. ) I'm not sure if it's a NaNa thing or a Morelia thing, but wow, what a kind and welcoming place this is. I will definitely return.

The ladies who worked the front desk were all so incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel itself has so much character ! The room was spacious and immaculate. We were greeted with cold beverages, artisan soap and at our departure we were given some lovely gifts. The location was ideal for walking to museums, restaurants and the central square.

I think the breakfast could have had a few more healthy choices.

The hot water takes at least 10 minutes to reach the shower head. I don't mind the wait but it is a tremendous WASTE OF WATER. The courtyard, which the rooms surround, can be noisy, no fault of the guests/employees, just bad design. There was just one chair in the room and no writing/computer desk. The HUGE TV was great but it was difficult to navigate to watch anything. MANY of the channels were BLOCKED and required a subscription. I suggest the hotel edit those channels OFF the guide. I am not aware of pricing for similar hotels in Morelia however I have traveled to many other similar cities in Mexico and found Na Na Vida to be priced on the high side.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. It has a great location, central to all of the city’s main sights. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, a very good size. A major plus was that we had hot water, a problem that we have experienced in a few other properties, all that were much more expensive. Breakfast and the gifts were an extra plus. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is centrally located in the heart of the city but away from the noise! The staff was amazing too! They solved every single problem we ran into such as tour scheduling, dining reservations, etc. We even got a small christmas gift ornament as a present!

The other guests were quite inconsiderate. Since the rooms surround a courtyard, some older Americans would speak and laugh quite loudly at 5:00 am as they had breakfast before their tour. I suggest the hotel have quiet hours and enforce them out of consideration to other guests.

The staff was super friendly, we even got gifts and complimentary breakfast that was unexpected. We requested a massage in our room and they took care of making the arrangements with a nearby spa so that one of their massage therapists could come the next day. It was amazing ! Security guard was active and allowed us in promptly when we went out at night. I also left an important item in the room after checking out and they were so kind as to immediately call me. Thank you guys it was a pleasure !
