Every staff member we interacted with here was incredibly kind. From the friendly folks at the front desk, to the kind woman who handled the housekeeping, their welcoming friendliness made our time here in CDMX much more special. We had a longer stay, almost two full weeks, and early on, they kindly offered us a free room upgrade to a much more spacious suite that had a rooftop balcony with seating. Having the larger room was really nice. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The rooms also come equipped with wardrobes, drawers and hangers so you can make yourself at home. Every detail about Casa Bis is executed thoughtfully. There are tons of amazing cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you Casa Bis staff for all your kindness and help throughout our stay. This was our first time visiting MX & CDMX, and our stay at Casa Bis made it that much more magical. 🔮 We would love to stay here again in the future!

it was perfect. no complaints!

The location was perfect. Safe and walkable area. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Room was tight but perfectly clean and updated. It was also nice to have the owner/worker there and available for when we arrived (which was after midnight).

My only complaint was that the room was a bit tight. It was doable but would've preferred to have just a little bit more floor space. There was no good spot to open up suitcases without it being in the way. Also, the terrace area had many large flies so we couldn't sit out there although we really wanted to. Other than that this place was perfect.

Location the place worth it for the location-Condesa is a great place to stay

the place has potential, unfortunately the cleanliness is almost non-existent-in the whole hotel- the daily room service consisted of making the bed, the bathroom was not washed. The bathroom was dirty: the glass shower with limescale, as well as the toilet, the floor dirty with hair and dust from previous guests. The duvet cover was changing at some point, left just the duvet without the cover! Complimentary tea/coffe not to mention Overall, the place worth it for the location-Condesa is great place to stay

This house was like a gem in the middle of mediocre accommodations. Everything is brand new, Wifi is strong, and the guys working there are very kind and helpful. The beds are very comfortable - I slept like a baby. Just a few meters away, there are two great but affordable breakfast spots, along the main road are more options including very fancy ones. The neighbourhood is definitely safe - so that will always be my place to go in cdmx!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Although they primarily spoke Spanish, they made a commendable effort to communicate effectively, even using Google Translate when necessary.

The bathrooms are spacious, though some of the rooms can be a bit small. The provided fans were helpful, but during the heat wave, the rooms still got quite warm. Given that air conditioning is rare in the city, this was expected.

This is our second stay with Casa Bis, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The location is fantastic, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Our bathroom has a persistent unpleasant odor, similar to that of a cloaca. We have to keep the door closed at night to prevent the smell from spreading. Otherwise, everything else is fantastic.

The WiFi instruction card pointed two of multiple Casa Bis networks "casa bis","Casa Bis", "casabis", neither of them barely worked (room 3). Finally a guy on the front desk gave me the password to a network login that worked fine. The cooler in the room was one of those units that needs a reservoir of water to work at all. It was empty and I had to fix with around ten bottles of water. I also had to fix the filter on the back using a toothbrush that I had to sacrifice.

Good value in Condesa, near cafes and bars and restaurants. Easy to walk to the metro (10-15 min) or Uber. Adrian and Victor at the front desk were super helpful!

Rooms aren't super soundproof, but I think that seems par for the course for most of Mexico. Not a huge deal to me

Great location and cute hotel. We had the room on top with a terrace and it was really spacious. The ac (that we used mostly for the heat) was amazing. Staff was wonderful and arranged som drinks and snacks when we arrived a couple of minutes before midnight on new years eve. Overall well worth the money and a good place to discover these beautiful parts of Mexico city.

The cleaning tbh could be better. The room could really benefit from a deep clean now and then, not only wiping the surfaces.

Location was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for one.

Bathroom window opened onto a cupboard where they kept cleaning supplies. And although it was not see through I was conscious of people using the store cupboard. The room also opened onto a courtyard that appeared shared. Didn’t want to have the curtains open if there were other people in the courtyard.
