The staff at KTH were next level! Every day we were greeted with a smile. They were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the great effort. Some feedback about the staff uniforms would be, they would look amazing in a more traditionally designed uniform. Keep up the great customer service guys!

Our bathroom needed updating but I understand they opened in Dec 2023 and are still upgrading the facility. A brand new UHD TV was installed for us as part of this upgrade. The rooms themselves are at a good standard and the beds are great to sleep on. The other piece of feedback is, the electric points in the kitchen need to be looked at. The kettle and microwave didn't always work, you had to wiggle the plug. Otherwise a great stay.

Absolutely Amazing staff in particular Reception staff Vina & Donna, housekeeping Wayan, chef Adi & Kristina in dinning. Security guards were also awesome! All were absolutely amazing,very kind, patient, helpful, accomodating, informative and just great people! Thank you all for looking after our family & making our stay great! We miss you all! The 2 bedroom apartment was a great size, with two bathrooms and an extra toilet and a Good size balcony. Our room was quiet, couldn’t hear a thing once inside, including the construction happening next door. The use of the pool table entertained my family well. Was spoilt for choice with 4 decent sized swimming pools!

The location was close to main Kuta Streets, but the narrow alleyways make it difficult for larger vehicles to get down, meaning a lot of the time GoJek drivers would only go so far, our family consisted of 5 guests so needed 7 seater gojeks. it’s ok during the day, but makes it a little difficult at night with tired children. Elevator not working made it difficult with luggage although the staff were fantastic and helped us with our luggage.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us by name. I love that they are very personable. Breakfast was amazing and delicious and we enjoyed it very much. It was also nice that we could sit at the pool to eat the breakfast. Even the Chef and the cook were friendly and very nice and we would like to thank them very much for working very hard every morning. And it was also in a nice and quiet location with out the noise of the traffic. We would like to say a very big THANKYOU to beautiful Kristina for her lovely service at breakfast time. Also Adi and Yogi are lovely staff also. A big thank you to everyone at KTH. xx

There is nothing to bad to write about as there was nothing that we did not like while we were there.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room layout facilities are nice (we took a 2-bedroom family apartment, with kitchen included yay!). Family-friendly place, nice park and pool. Recommended place if you're looking for a place for family holiday, close to the beach and Kuta shopping area.

Location: quite a distance from the main roads, and the lanes leading to the place are very narrow, quite difficult for cars. Because it just reopened, not all facilities are ready yet (such as lift/elevator). Since the place just reopened (been less than 3 months), hopefully things will get better.

Nice big spacious rooms

When I arrived, the security guard immediately helped me with my luggage because it was broken from the flight, and I immediately went to pick up some tools to fix it. Unbelievably kind. Dona (I hope I spell her name right. Otherwise, I do apologise) welcomed me with a smile and helped me with the check-in. The place is beautiful! Both swimming pools are clean and quiet (also for the period, maybe), and it was a blessing. The room was clean, fresh, and cool (due to the hot weather here), and it was provided with water, a kettle with coffee and teas, shampoos, and body wash. The bed is a 10! With the pillows, I truly slept like a baby. My favourite meal was breakfast, and it surprised me that they provided cold and hot food! 😍 Jugs of tea & coffee and fresh juices. Whenever I am back in Kuta, I will come back here. Thank you, everybody! You are great!

Nothing!

spacious and good value, quiet. Plenty of storage. Close to Poppies lane shopping and places to eat. Salon across street very good value for massage manicure/pedicure etc.24 hour shop for cold drinks etc.

Lift to our room not working or likely to be working in the near future. Drivers had difficulty finding property as google maps directed to inaccessible point about a km away. No pool bar or cocktails. not enough coat hangers .Initially communication difficult with some staff.

We absolutely loved our holiday all staff from housekeeping- reception- sercerity- groundsmen, they went above and beyond to cater to our needs and requests, buffet breakfast near the pool was amazing, even through renovation upgrades the place still looked good very comfortable worth every dollar, so happy we chose to stay here for our first time being in bali they have made our experience very memorable, highly recommended.

Can't fault anything everything was taken care of promptly.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not a large spread but it was nice and freshly cooked by the chef. Swimming pools were great. 4 pools to choose from and munching hot chips from the restaurant by the poolside while swimming was great :)

Only small cars can access the property. It is better to organize transport by the hotel itself from airport to the hotel because it is very tricky to get there with a large vehicle.
