First experience with this kind of self-checkin hotel. The staff is very attentive and solving fast with the problem raised. The check-in process is smooth. The room is clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. The aircon is working well. Water pressure is excellent. Good location. Many shops and eateries around the area. Surprisingly, there is daily housekeeping. Good for a short stay.

It is not easy to locate the property. No lift. The shower room is fine, but not for the other room (toilet), which smells bad (drainage problem? ). There is no specific hotel parking area provided. So, we parked our car overnight next to mamak stall for security purposes.

Somehow there is a little slice of Manhattan in Tawau. Super stylish apartment felt more like an Airbnb—in the best way possible. Eric has really taken the time to design this place smartly and there are so many chic details and thoughtful additions like a full fridge, cool light fixtures, latest release movies and English-language live TV. There’s even a garment steamer. Felt immediately at home. Plus everything you need is within a block: laundry, restaurants, Maybank, 7-11. Perfect place to stop over coming in our out of Tawau.

Only thing to note is that this isn’t a branded property with a sign or lobby or anything out front so it was a little tricky to find. Keep an eye out for the message with specific directions on the day of your check in.

I booked a family room with 3 single beds. but for some reason the owner gave us 2 bedrooms apartment. after tiring moment to find the property, it suddenly feels rewarding when u are given a 2 bedrooms apartment with android box and refrigerator.

there is no signboard of the property around the building. Its so confusing to find the property that I have to keep driving around the building to find the place. should have mention that this property use airbnb system (no reception counter). you have to call the owner to get the instructions.

The owner can’t be contacted even after confirmation is done & the money is deducted from my bank account. As I believe on booking.com, we still go to the hostel & make noise at the gate. We reached there about 8.00 PM. Luckily, another customer helped us & provided another contact number. I suggest the owner should provide a second contact number in the future.

Comfort beds. Also the it has two rooms which are quiet spacious. Near to restaurants, cafes and even stores. Will come again with family! Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Specious room for a big family of 6-8.. can bring toto also as the rooms have extra space to put it on. Small living room but does not matter. Separate space between toilet and both room. Clean Toilet.

The stair case going up to the hotel level and mini stair to the bathroom and toilet. For senior citizen is hard for them. other than that in good condition

Great place to stay in Tawau! Lots of shops and restaurant near by. Room is big and apartment was clean. Will stay here again.

Parking can be hard at night.

Pretty decent room with comfy beds and pillows. Internet TV provided but no news channels. Easy contact less checked in.
