The establishment is brand new and the amenities were very modern, clean, functional and comfortable. The host was readily accessible and easy to communicate with.

There was limited private parking available at the location, which is disclosed on the website, but something I had overlooked. Street parking is available, but not guaranteed.

I will start with the room! I loved the cleanliness of the room. The room was phenomenal! Great amenities to compliment the room! I loved the staff and their willingness to make special accommodations for our stay. I loved that they actually checked in to make sure there wasn’t anything needed to further accommodate my spouse and I. This was an exceptional experience. Everything was great! My wife Yolanda and I were thoroughly impressed!

Absolutely no complaints. This room was exceptionally clean and exceeded all of our expectations!

The place was like a tiny apartment. It was clean and comfortable. I like how everyone had their own codes to enter no key cards. And the bed was soooo comfortable.

I had the front room on the first floor and their was a lot of noise and a lot of traffic of people going in and out coming from the house next door. There was always a lot of people outside next door. The bathroom was cute but extremely small. If I weighed 10 pounds more, I don't think I would of been able to take a shower.

It was amazing to have everything I needed all in one charming space. Everything was spotless, great closet space, bed was very comfortable and new appliances, it even had a toaster and I felt very safe. If you needed assistance or information , off site management was a phone call away and glad to help! I will be coming back to this little gem again!

The staff was communicative, helpful and welcoming. The suites were modern, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The central location was convenient for our group of rugby players and families to drive to restaurants and to the competition field.

The neighborhood is in transition, so some surrounding homes and businesses were a little run down. Given the total of eight suites in this accommodation, more off-street parking would be nice.

We made this reservation last minute and we are so glad that we did. We were greeted by Edward who was very welcoming and helpful. The unit was immaculate, bed linen, towels, Delphi, cutlery etc all pristine. We had 5 nights of sleep and felt right at home. The unit is more than ample for a week or more stay and we have no doubt we will stay again on return to USA.

Parking. Very limited parking and sometimes i didn't felt safe if their private parking was taken. Maybe it could be that the place is in Philly and i was more doubtful. Security camera did helped me felt safer.

I'm familiar with the area it's a busy traffic area.

The apartment itself is fine. There was constant knocking on the next door apartment bldg., my room was on the first floor front near the door.

The neighborhood isn’t the best but the security system and outside cameras made me feel completely safe.
