the rooms and the territory are terrific, especially when living in bungalows. the hotel is very green, with many peaceful corners to spend time at. there are two secluded pools among the trees, all pools have a nice, beach-like entrance. Also there is a lovely coffee point at the river bench with armchairs and huge pillows overlooking the river. The beach is also super nice and all usual all-inclusive components such as aqua park for kids and huge mini-club are in place.

Food is okay but it feels like they are trying to cut costs on food. The variety is not huge and some products are intentionally made cheaper and it feels.

I liked the resort's location, green land, and trees. The food was excellent, and the staff was hospitable, highly recommended for families.

What I didn't like due to the resort's location between trees, the numerous bugs bite us, and the building infrastructure is somewhat outdated, Also,  the restaurant is near the swimming pool, and you can smell the cooking while you are swimming.

The resort is in a very green area that's taken care of. The kids club and it's staff is great. Also the water park The beach is clean and it's very pleasurable to swim in late September/October.

We were 3 people in the room but housekeeping insisted on not providing us a 3rd towel despite that we asked several times to pay attention to it. Had to call reception almost every day to remind to clean the room or for towels. Floor tiles in the rooms (bungalow) are dirty and we're not sure if and how often they're being cleaned. Some of the food was fine but mostly it is quantity over quality there. For a 5 star hotel for example the coffee is horrible, at least at the main restaurant where the majority dines... Guys need to upgrade to fresh beans all around the resort, that's pretty much basic stuff.

Excellent swimming pools and sauna/steam room facilities. Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 children. Selection of food was excellent at the main restaurant. 24hr restaurant was also very handy.

The music was a little noisy at night. Service and quality of food at a la carte restaurant (Italian) was not very impressive.

We stayed as a couple for our wedding anniversary for five nights and were thoroughly impressed with our choice. ROOM We communicated with guest relations before our stay and were allocated a wonderful room on the top (7th) floor of the main building. The room was spacious, with a large shower, a cozy balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea, and a romantic but tasteful theme. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities, and the minibar was replenished daily. The bed was extremely comfortable, and waking up to the sunrise was a joy. The only minor downside was occasional fluctuations in shower temperature during peak times. Overall, the room and cleaning service deserve 4.9/5 stars. FOOD AND DRINKS The main buffet served a wide variety of food, with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. We often skipped lunch at the buffet and opted for the 24/7 restaurant, Chef's Cellar, which served a la carte dishes. Dinner at the buffet was varied with different themed nights, making each meal an exciting experience. There were also many snack options around the hotel, including ice cream, waffles, and fish sandwiches. For guests staying five or more nights, a complimentary dinner at one of the three a la carte restaurants is included. The food was decent, but the service was outstanding. The drink options were extensive, including imported spirits, and freshly squeezed juices were available at the pool bar. Overall, food and beverages earned a 4.5/5 rating. FACILITIES The public spaces were impeccably clean, with toilets maintained every 30 minutes and all surfaces spotless. The beach was clean with plenty of sunbeds, and the pools were well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the 18+ pool, which was a peaceful retreat. There was also a water park with slides for both adults and children. Additionally, the hotel had shops for essentials and souvenirs. Facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, earning 5/5 stars.

The only thing which didnt meet my expectation was food.Being vegetarian ,you can only have salad.the only disapponment was that they had fries just one day in dinner.they didnt had fries in any of the meals for next 3 days.i have asked staff many times as my daughter would only eat nuggets and fries,bt they have said that they dont have fries.its very common to have fries in every hotel in turkey even in breakfast

This is a family hotel with loads of different activities gor kids and adults , it have 4-5 pools and one of them is for relaxing. Entertainment team and overall staffs are friendly, you can play dart, basketball, tennis, beach volley, etc and in the evening, there are dance and music entertainment. Nila from the gym organized yoga or other fun sport activities. Food quality in overall is good, and you always find something to eat. Easy access to the beach with other water sports activities.

Most of staffs in the bar do not speak English, but there is always someone around to come and help you. The hotel is in a green area which brings loads of insects, I personally suffered a-lot from the bites during and after. Some other people might be less sensitive to mosquito bites

The resort is really great, family oriented. Rooms are great, food is superb, an awesome guest relations team, especially Erdi Erdem, he really went the extra mile for us, he was always ready to answer any questions we have. The reception team, Zeynel and the other colleagues were very welcoming and happy to assist, The staff are very hard working, facilities are great, the gardens are amazing, kids club team were amazing. Slides are really fun. Clean beach and the river adds a great view to the resort. 10/10. I really recommend it for families.
