The beds were very comfortable. We asked for extra pillows which made our sleep more comfortable. Wonderful garden view, quietness, great location and kind hosts. All these things made our stay super pleasant. We will definitely return to Rena hotel next time we come to Therma.

I wish our vacation was longer! Didn't want to leave such a wonderful place.

This was the best value stay of our trip to Greece and we chose it for the location and we had low expectations of both the hotel and the village of Therma. The hotel exceeded our expectations in all respects. The hotel faces East so we had morning sun on our balcony for breakfast but shade after 12.00 noon for afternoon drinks/sundowners. Only a hand held shower typical of older Greek hotels but not a problem if you are used to it. Family run so nice vibe to the place. I also recommend Therma over Agios Kirikos. Traditional Greek village although there is a cocktail bar but a local riding up to a bar on a horse is pure magic. Also thermal sea pool with hot water. Spent five days here which passed very quickly.

As mentioned above hand held shower. This being Greece everyone smokes. Ground floor rooms are where the smokers congregate so if you are a non-smoker ask for an upstairs room with balcony.

The value at Hotel Rena is exceptional. Frequent cleaning, a lovely balcony, a nice size bathroom, and powerful air conditioning. The hosts are very sweet (English is limited so be prepared to use Google Translate) and will help you with anything you might need. Therma is the perfect little village and the beach is a couple of minutes walk away so you can always run back to the room if you need something. I visited another island and immediately came back and rebooked at Hotel Rena—I felt very at home there!

Wi-Fi wasn’t great which was a little difficult.

This was an absolute gem to find. If you're visiting Ikaria it most likely has something to do with it being a blue zone area, healing attributes and cultural way of life and this hotel is a MASSIVE contribution to that. It's not the most glamorous, but Despina and her husband will have you feeling the love of being part of their stay and the vibe of the hotel. Its clean, with a fridge, decent balcony, clothes line to hand wash your clothes and hang them. It's less than three minutes walk to the beach, basic local amenities and a few restaurants and most importantly the Radon Baths. There's nothing not to love about this area and more importantly this hotel. SUCH great value for money.

Hotel Rena is a family business. I have stayed there years ago and I choosed to stay there this time as well. The family is so nice and friendly. You feel you are in good hands. It is ideal if you are looking for a calm, quite and clean place. Efharistume! :)

The couple, Antonis and Despoina, who run the hotel are extremely nice, friendly and always willing to accommodate you. The rooms are simple but very clean...and the price is right! The hotel is centrally located and only 2 minutes away from the beach and the hot baths.

Internet a bit slow!

Very helpful and accommodating when we needed to cancel half our booking only a short time before our stay. It is a very basic hotel but, keeping the price in mind, it has a very good value for money. It is worth mentioning that the hotel isn't in Agios Kirikos, but in Therma, which is a five minute drive away.

The noises from the other rooms and the plumbing was rather intrusive.

Amazing staff and great location! The room had a balcony and it was very comfortable! Mr. Antonis and Ms. Despoina are such great and helpful people.

The bathroom was a bit small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was very good,just a few meters from the beach. The room was fine and very comfortable but I thought it was maybe a bit pricy for what you get. However I am happy with my stay.

The location is perfect. The staff is very polite and helpful. If I come back (and I am planning to), I'll definitely stay in this cute hotel.
