Staff was great, really helpful and attentive, spoke good enough english and where very respectful, we booked a Private dinner on the beach after we stayed there for one night to escape the beach streets of Pattaya for one night.

Far away from the city, if your staying for a longer period and you are also looking to enjoy pattaya, its about a 25 min drive, still fine if your not in a hurry, and its fairly cheap if you take a grab taxi, about 4 euro to get to the city.

- the aesthetic and environment was peaceful and jungle like. Very sanctuary and calming. - its quiet and small (44 rooms) - the staff were all very attentive - the pool was big, with a wonderful open sunset view - the beach is easily accessible and seems to be cleaner than other beaches in nearby area. - 24 hours stay - the balcony is to die for!! Jacuzzi was a big plus!!

- its too hidden and there’s no shops - restaurants and all aren’t close, so you might have to dine in. - the shower comes in hot and cold tap, you need to be careful when using it. I suggest changing the shower system. - there’s no elevator so if you live in rooms with sea view then you’ll have to walk up and down the stairs

My partner and I stayed at this hotel that beautifully hosted the wedding of my dad and his partner. The hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are kept pristine and the gardens well maintained and simply beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, smiley and truly go above and beyond. Whether it’s a morning greeting or bringing over a fan while you enjoy a drink, the staff really did make our experience at U Pattaya one we won’t forget. By far the best place my partner and I have stayed, we look forward to staying again!

Very “instagram-friendly“ location, comfy villa, nice private beach, good food in the restaurant, friendly staff, local dishes for breakfast. Transfer to a variety of places is available for reasonable prices.

1. Hotel stuff has not notified us about the construction work happening on the premises. The construction noise literally ruined my spa session as it was too loud with non-stop banging sounds. 2. There‘s a risk of injury in the pool and on the main path throughout the venue. There are no caution signs so you could see people hitting themselves here and there from time to time. 3. When ordering a seafood plate from the restaurant to the room, we discovered a piece with an empty lobster/prawn shell at the bottom of the dish as if someone has already started eating it. 4. While the stuff is very friendly, the communication in english is somewhat limited.

It’s an amazing resort, the staff and the manager of the hotel is very friendly and helpful The breakfast is great and also the restaurant is really nice!

They need 3 times the amount of sunbeds next to the pool and at the beach and also much more umbrellas for the sun! Only 20 sunbeds available and this hotel have more then 80 guests! They’ve the space to organize it easily so it’s only a matter to order it and install it and it will be a huge difference!

This is a very beautiful and lovely hotel where the poolside and the beach area in combination with the sofisticated decoration and architecture of the hotel make this a stay worth while. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and spacious, lovely sea view. Food of the restaurant was a joy to experience and pricing of dishes is very acceptable. Soft shell crab, a new one for us but not to be forgotten soon.

There is a nice bathtub on the terrace of the room but there is no privacy (glass balcony) so somehow something should be there to cover this when you want to use the bathtub. Curtains were a little to small so lots of ligths coming fro there as well as from the front door as they leave all lights on the whole night. That is not necessary. Put lights with a sensor instead. We had the bad luck that something broke down in the pool area so there were constructions for 3 days so noise and discomfort. However, when we talked with the management, they offered us a free dinner for the whole family one night to compensate which is a nice gesture. The works were not planned but needed to be done asap for the safety of the guest.

A very beautiful place, with infinity pool and immediate beach access. All the staff are very friendly and professional, always helpful and smiley. We had a two nights stayed. Had all our meals at the hotel restaurant, good quality food with both thai and western. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of food and they change the menu the next day.

Nothing. We were looking for a quiet beach getaway and this is exactly what we wanted.

1. Breakfast buffet is just out of this world!!They have hotpot noodles, thai curries, rice, congee, dumplings, English breakfast. And it is not just serve yourself buffet. Stuffs are going around helping with your needs which is really nice. Personalised eggs by a chef and can have thai tea, or iced latte any hot or cold beverages you want. Also lots of fruits and salad counter for vegetarians and bread station !!! And it changes every day so you won’t get bored with the choices. 2. Pool- The sea view from the rooms is a bit far. But the infinity pool is immense and the view from the restaurant is amazing. 3. Beach- You can actually walk on the beach with sand under your feet and enjoy the sunset and sunrise and they have beautiful sitting cocoons as well. 4. Good value for money compared with other five star hotels 5. The baths are actually jacuzzi which was a nice surprise they didn’t advertise. It is nice to relax in your bath on the balcony and enjoy the sea view. 6. Stuffs are friendly and helpful with everything. 7. Location- very near to a big night market where you can enjoy tasty authentic Thai street foods at very low prices. Also near to laundrettes 24 hour functioning. Very close to the Nong nooch garden as well!!! Close to a very good Beach front seafood restaurant as well!!! 8. The whole hotel is decorated in a nature preserving way with wooden walking paths and lots of greenery and wild life which is a nice difference from the high rising hotels. 9. Restaurant itself has very reasonable prices and taste is amazing.

1. The jacuzzi are not used regularly by the customers I think so some of them have cracks and we needed to change rooms. But they give us compensation for that, all very polite. 2. At the moment, the area near the pool is under construction so a bit noisy but that work will soon be complete I think. 3. The sea all around Pattaya is actually filthy. But they can’t help with that unfortunately. 4. The buildings are a bit tired overall and will benefit from light refurbishment. 5. Overall, no significant faults in view of an excellent hotel

Pattaya was simply fantastic. I only sleep in 5 star hotels and this exceeded all my expectations. The staff was first class, super friendly, solution-oriented, pleasant, courteous, helpful. From reception to the waiter, everyone was great. The rooms were very nicely furnished. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything.

Completely refreshed by surrounded in the nature. It was greatly relaxing in having breakfast and dinner at the sea side restaurant. The food was scrumptious! Staff were friendly! What’s more, the mobile app in this hotel was a great innovation for guests to use conveniently.

The flushing water in toilets (in both our room and public area) ran a bit slow.
