Everything! The place is amazing, what makes them outstand it is their attention to details. We loved the relaxing vibe with loads of trees, the wet bar and warm swimming pool were a high point of the stay. Breakfast has a huge variety of food, all delicious, one of the best we’ve been. We used the spa and would recommend it in a blink of an eye. They also allow you to visit the resort and hotel of the same chain of hotels, we’ve enjoyed the sunset in the hotel sombra e Agua fresca, it had a beautiful view of the beach, a great atmosphere, nice staff, a guy playing saxophone and a warm swimming pool, what else could we want, right?!

There are mosquitos, quite a lot. I guess that is the Price to be close to nature. However, the hotel has mosquito repeal lotion available in the rooms.

The manager and the entire staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay most pleasant. The entire place was really well maintained and the pool/garden area was just the perfect place to relax surrounded by lush greens. We absolutely loved the breakfast with the greatest selection of fruits topped with all sorts of omelettes, tapioca or waffles specifically made for you. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. We extended twice because we didn't want to leave and will be back for sure

The environment inside the resort is really cozy, jungly and unique. The room allocated to us was super big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Few details would make this a superior stay: Bathroom with no windows only shades. No bed side presence lamp. Rooms around had an abandoned look. Gym with no A/C. Cakes and bakery at breakfast really low quality.

Fantastic location in Pipa, a hotel in the jungle. Very nice staff. Possibility to use all pools and restaurants from the 4 resorts. Good food and even better drinks and cocktails. Also very quiet, which is a big advantage in Pipa but only 5 minutes walk to the center. Many options for activities

Beautiful grounds and spacious room, friendly staff and great massages at the spa. Great breakfast too! Being able to use the other properties amenities was a plus.

The jacuzzi tub (part of our massage package) could have been warmer. The signage for our room was hard to see.

The breakfast was one of the best I have had. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the gym and equipment was plentiful to get a thorough workout. Most of all, enjoyed the time with my significant other at this place- would love to come back!

Would be helpful to have menu in English. Have co-workers who speak English and just think it would be a great option for business to have this available. Overall, no issues and the food was amazing.

Wonderful experience! The staff was very friendly and careful, provided the best stay possible. We loved the pools and the nature surrounding us… we wish we could stay more. Will definitely come back again.

It's incredible, we stayed in the Floresta spa and we were literally in a forest. The room was more like a cabin, super spacious and beautiful. Magical.

Everything was perfect and the staff were the most friendly I have seen in any hotel. Food was amazing and reasonably priced. Also the gym has everything needed for a decent workout
