I liked how professional the staff was and how beautiful the executive suites and superior suites were with their beautiful views. Vivian B. was an amazing manager and accommodated our stay when our airbnb fell through. I stayed for a birthday trip and her and her staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. The restaurant and bar staff (Tito and Diana) were also very friendly and helped make our time in the rooftop restaurant a pleasure as well. Also thanks Maggie and others at the front desk who continued to make us all feel welcome. If you're looking for a safe location in Nairobi with nice rooms at a good price, with good food and a good atmosphere, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Thank you again for the wonderful stay and service and for my birthday amazing!

- Great location in Kileleshwa; quiet, close to both neighborhood and large malls, and easy to find. - Great rates, definitely value for money. Menu prices for the two restaurants are fair, and the food is good (flavor, portions)😊 - Rooms are a good size, with sufficient storage, and clean. - Helpful and professional staff. I especially appreciated their communication and follow up in resolving any issues that came up. Kudos to the reception team and Managers on duty.

- Lift not going all the way to the basement parking; hauling luggage up the stairs is troublesome.

Firstly I must commented the staff for being absolutely friendly and so welcoming. From the security guard at the gate to the staff at reception and everyone else in between my stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was lovely.

The shower door in my room. (Room 514) had a gap so the floor would get very wet when I showered. I also wish the gym just had more equipment and weights but that’s just me. I also wish the TV had more stations available for its customers who don’t speak Swahili

First of all, the members of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to the restaurant, to the cleaning staff, anything I needed was immediately handled with ease. The breakfast buffet was great: a large selection of various types of food, plus you can request eggs cooked to order. Different types of coffees, teas, and juices are available, as well as a good number of pastries and fruit. There were always six to eight different hot dishes to choose from that included local food. Even though it was buffet style, the restaurant staff kept coming by the table to check on me and offering to get me something to drink. As to the room, it was very clean. Not only were nice towels available, but this is one of the few hotels around the world that provides nice, thick washcloths, which is much appreciated.

I really cannot think of anything that I did not like. The hotel location is great and there was good security. Plus, it is in a nice neighborhood where you can get out for a long walk if you wish. So, everything was fine and I would definitely stay here again. Oh yes, the room price was very reasonable also.

Stayed 3 nights and everything was perfect. The place is located in a nice and calm area, the place is absolutly clean, the rooms are comfortable with great beds and pillows. The 24 hour restaurant is a plus! The staff is wonderful! I traveled alone and did not feel well, so i asked the front desk what to do and where to go, besides giving me instructions, one of the staff members acompayed me to the hospital and stay with me the whole process!! Nothing, everything was perfect.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. And it again managed to exceed my needs and expectations. Anything i needed, from, directions, an adapter for my outlet, speedy service from the kitchen etc, this place delivered again. This time I have to give a special shout out to Margaret from the front desk. She was able to facilitate most any request my friends and i had during our stay. She has the right ballance of personality and professionalism.

This hotel was an excellent 3 star hotel met our needs. Staff were fantastic nothing was too much bother for them. Breakfast i thought was good for a 3 star - you certainly wouldn't go hungry and the staff were very good at getting me a pot of English breakfast tea with milk on the side. I cant comment on location as we got ubers everywhere and we picked hotel as it was beside my sons flat.

The staff were very professional, listened and made our stay super comfortable. They even surprised us with a birthday treat. That was a nice touch. The hotel was located in a quiet area but within good distance to everything we wanted

It was a really great stay at Swiss-Belinn, their customer service was excellent also their food was amazing the room was clean and comfortable and they made us feel like home which we like the most about it also the location is Center for almost everything we need it was really great experience there.

The Emory gets all the basics spot on. Very comfortable king size bed with super soft cotton sheets. Decent shower with great water pressure. Bright and clean rooms with excellent ventilation. Working air conditioner. Useful desk and office chair, and lots of power sockets and light switches (maybe too many!). Good storage/wardrobe. Excellent customer service, just ask and they'll help immediately. Very good reception experience. Good buffet breakfast included (for the class of hotel).

Some of the little things were missing...No waste bin in the bathroom and no armchair in the room. While generally clean, some corners had water stains on the wallpaper. A few times the shower didn't get hot. Lack of written information in general - no information package in the rooms - e.g. no information about room service, checkout times, services offered etc. (But if you ask the staff you can get almost anything!) Instant coffee at breakfast :( (But just ask for a cappuccino and they will provide it!) Rooms on street side can be noisy in the morning - I was on 3rd floor and could hear conversations from the ground - back side of the hotel was better and also had a nicer view.
