Petit dejeuner was so so I quality. Restaurant staff were excellent. We had a 3 nite stay and decided to just grab a meal in the restaurant. Great value, good food, nice set menu of the day plus a la carte. Maitre d was exceptional, and took pride in his work. A much less expensive than in Vieux Lyon. Ok for a quiet evening. Should dim the lights though.

Petit dejeuner could be much better. Although the location is outside the old Lyon, we took the bus to the metro station and then the metro to Place Belle our in the heart of the city.

The hotel was located a bit further out of town than we would have liked, but for the price, it was worth it. The bus stopped just up the road, so getting into Lyon was easy and cheap. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good, covering every taste and worth the extra money. Having an underground car park was so useful as we left the car their for the duration and used the extensive, cheap public transport. Our room was larger than some we have stayed in, and the "window" between the bathroom and bedroom was an interesting touch.

Great hotel. We got a very good room. Despite the crowds, there was a large Jehovah convention in Lyon (22,000 Jehovah witnesses, not all in this hotel though ;) we had a quiet room and were advised to go to the breakfast buffet after 0800. We would go again to this hotel. The parking garage is great and reasonable priced in comparison with others. Friendly staff, we had a good stay.

To be honest..the breakfast. Not the breakfast lady, she is very nice. There was only one sort of cheese..all packed in plastic individually..the jam..all in little jars, butter..the same...individually packed. The bread was nice as were the scrambled eggs made of real eggs. A bigger choice in cheese wld be very nice and a more environmental friendly breakfast. Gluten free and lactose free options wld also be very much appreciated.

Very good value for money and great setup for families! Two interconnecting rooms.Large, spacious, clean, and seemed almost brand new! Great amenities around the hotel, breakfast basic but good quality and considering the cost for overall stay, super value for money. Lots of car parking spaces available

Location is about 5km outside of the centre and seems to be within their business district, so very quiet as we stayed there at the weekend. This meant that the bar and restaurant wasnt open during our stay, although we didn't ask for anything, and if we did, im sure we could have been offered something. Would have been great to have a mini fridge on this basis, we had been travelling down through France en route to the south,so we had a few food and drink items that would have benefitted from keeping cool. Overall, these are picky feedback points, and the stay exceeded expectations, though!

The room and bathroom were big and comfortable. Suitable for couples. Staff very nice and helpful especially since we needed help often during the night. High level of professionalism and cleanliness. We were surprise it’s a 3 stars not 4 stars hotel. The restaurant closes at the weekend, so be careful about that, but it’s not a big deal since outside food deliveries were allowed and they even gave us cutlery.

It’s a bit far but that did not cause an issue. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Very spacious room and large bathroom with bath and separate shower room. Comfortable bed with firm mattress and good pillows. Very clean. A nice bonus: a spacious underground parking garage where you can park your car for a reasonable price.

Very inconvenient that the access card also has to be used to use the elevator and electricity in the room. This means that you cannot leave the room independently of your travel companion. This could be solved by receiving two access cards upon entry.

We liked the hotel, it seems new, comfortable, nice modern neighborhood. It was a bit of a walk from the old city, but we visited in summer and fully enjoyed the walk alongside the river. The room was fine as well, no weird smells or mould, we would definitely stay again!

Not exactly something I´d say i didn´t like, more it was unusual - there was a window to the bedroom in the shower. We thought it was funny :-)

Bathroom curtains instead of a blind. You cannot take a shower the morning early without waking up your partner / kids as the curtain doesn't cover the window separating the bathroom from the bed.. There is space to put a lateral door for the WC within the bathroom for private reason, a nice to have

Good hotel in a quiet location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we faced was that it was quite warm but we couldn't turn the air conditioning on because it was centrally controlled. The breakfast was ok. There are some restaurants within a walking distance from the hotel. The river is just a few steps away

The room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly.

Other than one small bottle of water, no additional water was provided except through the hotel vending machines, where a small bottle cost 3 euros! The hotel is somewhat distant from the city centre, and on Sundays, there was only one bus every 40 minutes to get to the downtown area.
