Due to a storm that passed over Cap Ferret and unleashed 3 weeks of rain in 30 minutes we ended up with a flooded room due to damage to the roof, the staff were really helpful and apologetic to the inconvenience caused. We were refunded the night the flooding occurred and were put in another bigger room the following night. We also had some food in their restaurant and it was good value for money.

The initial room booked was maybe a bit on the small side regarding shower and bed for me being quite tall. However now we know and will in the future book a bigger room straight away.

I had to pay twice as I made a mistake in the booking. I immediately tried to change it but the system would not let me. So I had to pay 262 euros for a booking I couldn't make. I tried to contact Booking.com and they sent me an email saying they would look into it. I repeatedly tried to email the hotel but no reply. Lovely people there but couldn't help when I told them when I did go. I paid 700 plus euros for the stay this week which I would have been OK with. Peak season. 2 nights. I am a long standing user of Booking.com but now I think I may switch to Air B n B as thus has left a nasty taste in my mouth

The room was small but a good size for a quick get away. Great location, we parked right next to the property (FREE!) & it was a quiet neighbourhood.

We were looking forward to french cheese & the breakfast could´ve been bigger/more variety - We went for new years, so Maybe Jan 1st is not the day to judge that. Unfortunately the floors would´ve needed a vacuum - Walking barefoot, there was a little sand everywhere.

What a great experience — we arrived in Cap Ferret and were welcomed very friendly. Even though we were a bit early, our room was ready. Super quiet, great bed and even though the bathroom is more on the small side, we had a great time. Don’t miss out on the breakfast, it’s worth it. It took us max 5min to reach the beach. With at least two surf schools on the way and a surf shop on the other side of the street, that was heaven for us 😊

fantastic location right by the beach. the staff were welcoming friendly and efficient. we ate in the restaurant both nights and it was very good with great food and service. it is a quirky place and we had a great stay.

the rooms were quite small as were the beds. I found the bathroom small clean and quirky.

Stunning location 100 metres from the beach. Very friendly staff. Hotel is exactly as it sets out to be. No airs, no graces, precisely in line with expectations, in fact better

Quirky hotel rooms bit like a ship with porthole type windows. Great location if like walking and biking, even though we travelled by car enjoyed the natural feel of it all

Really friendly, helpful staff. Big room with a huge bathroom. Brilliant hot high pressure shower. Great location with baggage storage before checkin and after checkout. Could not be happier.

It was difficult to find. Online directions take you to another location in Cap Ferret (north of the actual hotel).

We were so delighted with the service, the location, and the lovely breakfast and dinner. The room was quite small but very well equipped and immaculate. It's a beach town experience. We would come again!
