I loved my spacious room, my family having access to the lounge area for game night, the children stayed in the swimming pool. There was ample parking for people with disabilities as well restaurants in the area. We rented the conference room and the staff assisted in setting it up. The premises was kept clean and cleaning staff available and visible. Front desk staff was very helpful in answering questions and provided topnotch assistance. I would definitely stay here again.

The mattress was too hard, toilet too low, and the breakfast options was limited.

The quietness of the sleeping rooms. Never heard other people or TVs from adjoining rooms. Clean comfortable bed.

Extremely noisy women’s group taking over Sunday breakfast. They were of course entitled to breakfast but we just happened to be there when they were. Food was mostly gone too. Other days (3) were very enjoyable breakfasts.

Very reasonable in price. staff was nice, location for my tours were not far away. Breakfast was convenient for me( I'm on dietary restrictions) but for the rest of my family they enjoyed it. I also like being able to have a cup of tea whenever I want.

The bed wasn't comfortable, I was having back pain, I could have used a jacuzzi, but there wasn't one.

I like the front desk customer service. The quick check in and out . Chris and Matthew are 5 Stars great!

The breakfast of eggs and potatoes taste weird that they need to change the oil. The eggs are are fried in cheap oil. It looks great but what is it fried in gives a bad taste. The basic breakfast presentation is good and the coffee could be better quality. Other that that I always stay at Hampton because of good location and great front desk service and the maids are nice, polite and very good! I will always come back.

All front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very pleasant, accommodating, and helpful! The rooms were all clean and as advertised. The common area in the lobby was good for our group to gather and eat together. The indoor pool and breakfast buffet were great services to have for this price point.

Two things: 1. More chairs are needed alongside the pool I order to accommodate all families that go to enjoy the indoor pool. 2. Pool bathroom floor was wet and didn’t have any paper towels.

Matt at the Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. I've stayed here before and have always liked it. Felt safe and comfortable.

Breakfast eggs could be better but overall it was great stay.

Location was perfect for what we were up in that area for. We did not use any of the amenities from the hotel.

Rug down the one main hallway was well worn. Lock on door to room kept getting stuck.

This was an affordable place for a nice size room with a huge bathroom! We were very satisfied with our stay. We spent 3 nights there. The front desk was friendly, and the housekeeping was excellent.

We were able to hear some noisy neighbors who were talking loudly in the hallway but we were able to mute them out by keeping the fan on “constant”.

I enjoyed the variety breakfast offered. I enjoyed my clean, spacious room. My children enjoyed the pool. Parking was great.

Location.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was just as good as the first. Ideal location in order to drive to shopping and food. Friendly staff and clean hotel.

Some of the breakfast options were limited this time around.
