Great little place with AC, small kitchen/room but it was clean, easy to park and get to your room and very enjoyable. Close to everything without the traffic of Zakopane... We went to Zakopane the first day, its only 10 min down the street, took us 1 hour because of the bad traffic, the Slovakia border is literally 15 minutes from this place and over there there was hardly any traffic, we went on the ski lift all without waiting... Great place and i loved the fact that it was NOT in Zakopane, i hate tourist so for us it was perfect!

We had some internet issues with speed and our kid had some issues playing some FPS games but its a small town in a rural place, it is kind of expected and it was fast enough to stream so i did not mind and we still had 5G... I love that it had AC as when we were there in Aug it was one of the hottest days of the year, 30+C

Comfy apartments with great views. Plentiful parking and the spa and sauna zone was a great bonus. Plus a good toddlers play room to keep our little one entertained. Very clean throughout with modern- rustic finish.

Shame about the unenthusiastic reception/shop staff who weren't very knowledgeable about local attractions at all. One was trying to persuade us that there were no ski lifts in Bukowina (there are 22 of these) and one night we got almost locked up in the female spa changing rooms as staff were so much in a hurry to close for the day! (They turned the lights off with several guests still inside and we heard some fumbling by the key hole). Also refused to change our bins as we were told this service would only be included when staying for over 6 nights while we booked just 4. Would be nice if this service was included as the price is quite high compared with other venues in the same area.

Nice, clean apartments, with underground car garage. Well equipped, including air conditioning and dish washer. Also well decorated, giving a premium feel. The lady at the reception/store was courteous and did her best to assist when needed. There is a playroom for little kids, and a spa with hot tubs which I did not have the chance to use. A bus stop is only a few minutes walking away, and can be used to get to Morskie Oko, but beware that it may take a while to get a bus back - they all go to Zakopane, and we had to wait for a long time until there were enough people going to Bukowina for a bus to depart.

Modern, new hotel. Very helpful staff. Modern, weighty, nice stile in a room, animal friendly. great view from the windows, has a nice relax area (2 hot tubs inside, 2 outside , 3 types of souna and cold water tub) Good to relax after skiing. The hotel has a children room with a playground. All entrances are modernised with codes. We had a few technical problems, but they were quickly resolved. We will definitely come again, but maybe we will choose bigger room for 3 persons.

Only one issue we had when we arrived earlier on our check in day but there are no staff available at reception until you become a guest from the exact time of checking in. Only then your code for an entry start working. We traveled 12 hours and we wanted to ask few questions at the reception but unfortunately we had to deal with everything by ourselves

We had an amazing view of the mountains. The attic apartment was very clean and cosy with comfortable beds. Every guest can park in the garage under the buildings without a fee. There are 4 jacuzzi suites, we used them every evening, but we had not to wait for a free jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious, we found it every morning at our door in a paper bag.

There was some mistake and I didn't get an email about the code that I had to use to open the garage door and the room.

Great new freshly built hotel, very clean and well designed stylish apartments. Same for jacuzzi/saunas. Own underground parking. Personnel is nice and helpful. Cool packaged breakfast. Seriously I am impressed how the whole property is built and organized.

On-premise restaurant would be fantastic, although there is a shop with snacks and coffee available internally, also you can walk to to pizzeria/restaurant down the street or alternatively drive to some more distant (several great options are availble), or order phone delivery.

The room service was weak. We prepaid before 3 days of the arrival for the baby bed. When we arrived in, the bed was not there, we had to went to reception. We stayed at 8 days, we had to ask after 4 days to change our towels, toilette paper etc. One wine glass was broken during washing up, we had to pay, 20 zloty.

This is a pretty new apartment hotel building with garage, sky racks, small shop and spa. The location is nice and the view at least from some of the apartments is very nice. The apartment we stayed in was an excellent choice with a very comfy bed and pretty nice living room and open kitchen.

The lack of flexibility related to early check in an almost empty apartment hotel complex was the only problem we faced (check-in after 4 PM).

New, luxurious looking apartment, 2 rooms, with fully equipped kitchen. Spacious and beautiful bathroom. Nice jacuzzi inside and outside. Good saunas. Big underground parking. Nice breakfast left by the door. Nice view from balcony.

The hot tub is nice if it's not crowded, the breakfast doesn't include coffee. To buy coffee or go to the hot tub, you have to walk outside or through the parking lot.

Nice, pretty, cozy, new apartment. Have safe understanding garage for parking also so some (but we didn't used. Have all equipment in the kitchen so you can cook.

Only one minus that in one bedroom is not possible to open the window because it's in the roof and another one don't have the windows, so it's better to leave the conditioner on, because it's too hot to sleep and more air you get.
