Good value small hotel with a nice cafe underneath. Very well located and clear attention to detail in the rooms, which were decorated nicely and full.of little touches like Italian sweets and coffee pods.The only not so great thing was that the room was quite hot, despite the pouring rain outside. But the staff had clearly tried to help with that at least, by leaving a fan in the room. Otherwise, everything was great.

Wow, where to begin? The location of Abbate is PERFECT. We had the most beautiful view of the Munster out our window, and could walk to the Christmas market in 2 minutes. A short 1 minute walk to the bus stop as well, and close to all shopping and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay great. And we were surprised with a free hot drink and sweet treat each morning in the cafe downstairs. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Very warm welcome by Lilith, nice location in the center of Ulm. Room was luxurious and nicely decorated with eye for details. comfortable bathroom.

We had bad luck with the people from the room above us as they walked around for hours, it was very disturbing, we heard it very wel and their baby was crying for hours. So unfortunately not a good and refreshing night’s rest.

Great location within a few minutes walk to all the main attractions in Ulm & directly opposite Ulm Minster. Spacious bedroom & a nice breakfast served in the cafe below.

There was no on site parking as described on the booking, something that is important to us when travelling by car. I would also not describe the Abbate as a hotel, there was no reception, & the rooms are located above a cafe. We had a pleasant stay, but I don’t feel the description is accurate as advertised.

Very nice location in front of the cathedral. Staff was very kind and smiling. The room is big with good comfort of the bed. Very nice the free capsule coffee and sparkling water

The room had a not very nice smell coming from the system of the pipes of the bathroom. They should try to do something to solve it.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Very clean, well furnished and modern room. Owner/manager is very friendly and helpful.

We booked for a family with two kids, but the sofa bed was small. Booking.com has recommended us this room for 2 adults and 2 kids, although it suits to 3 maximum.

Wifi was not good.... Only worked if I sat the top of the stairs. Listing should say that room is up stairs after you take an elevator...

the location was excellent, in the center of the town with walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. the staff were all friendly. the rooms were beautiful decorated. the simple breakfast at the bakery on the first floor was also very delicious and delicate.

parking was an issue. we parked on the street and got a ticket.

The central location was perfect for exploring Ulm. We stayed in the attic room, which was beautiful and spacious with a great view of the Dom. Bed was super comfortable. Staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout, we also got breakfast at the cafe below which was super.

The room was spacious, with modern facilities and a nice compliment – a bar of chocolate. You can find a bottle of water and a coffee machine in the room. For me, an unexpected bonus was a Dyson hairdryer. The staff is friendly and nice. Be aware that check-in is in the SPRESSO Caffébart downstairs.
