Lovely hotel, great helpful staff, sparklingly clean, felt very safe, near bus stop, spacious room, great facilities overall

The AC in our room did not work and we were not provided with normal pillows. just horrible mushy squares. I arrived after midnight, exhausted from a long journey, so was not in a state to get help then and it was one of the worst sleeps of my life, in an absolutely boiling hot room with the worst pillow ever. The next day we were moved to a room with a sort of working AC, and given normal pillows, which helped a lot. The next 2 nights were comfortable.

The location for our purpose was great. Right of the highway and a good stop over destination with ample parking space if traveling . Indoor parking is a bonus . Breakfast is good. Its not a holiday destination.but a good location outside of busy city centre to start the day and if you are travelling on. Friendly staff willing to help in all form. Good price Quality in overal expensive City Would use it again for short trips and lay overs.

Hotel was as expected. Electric charging would create more customers.as electric charging in a challenge in Swiss .

We like the value for money, quite exceptional. For us the location is perfect. We used to live in Vaud and know Lausanne very well, getting around by car is easy for us, perhaps less for people who are not acquainted with the areas as it is off the beaten tracks.

There was nothing we didn't like and we shall definitely return.

Although it’s a bit out of the way, the hotel staff are very helpful and branded free vouchers for you to use on the bus and the Metro, which was very helpful  the underground parking for motorbikes brilliant

Brand NEW hotel with clean, modern rooms. A great value. Excellent staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. They even gave us free public transportation passes to ride the bus, subway and train. The easiest way to enjoy Lausanne, without the hassle of driving or parking.

no refrigerator in room

Clean rooms.

No kettle. We're addicted to tea, and there's no way to make it. There could be even one for common use if not in the room. I don't expect reasonable tea at Italian restaurant. Beside, that idea is to drink it at home actually.

Super friendly and informative reception. She told us everything we need to know to visit Lausanne and super patient. The room is clean and quiet. Very easy to acces the public transport.

No fridge in the room.

Value for money hotel. The room was a bit small and their were limited options nearby. Other than that, it was clean and I had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff also gave me transit pass which was really nice.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient free parking, excellent friendly Italian restaurant attached perfect for working peacefully.

Clean and tidy

My hair dryer's plug (common European round-type plug) did not fit any of the hotel's plugs (European slim type plug). At the reception I got the adaptor, also an iron and iron table.
