10/10 pool and outdoor area. Room was spotless, a very comfortable bed and gorgeous terrace. Beautiful masseria, felt secure and relaxed. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, without being overbearing.

The room with kitchenette was lacking the basics e.g. sharp knife, cheese grater. It would have been good to have been provided with salt, pepper & olive oil as basics.

Breakfast for very good with plenty of options to suit all tastes. Staff were very helpful and very friendly and they ensured your day got off to a good start.

Temperatures were very hot during our stay so perhaps greater refrigeration at the buffet area could be considered for keeping fruits etc.. chilled.

Breakfast choices were very good. Fresh, continental food. High quality. Attentive staff, excellent service.

I think the food on offer needs more variety for snacks and meals. The menu needs a few extras, perhaps the bar/kitchen area needs to be made bigger to accommodate this?

The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing, breakfast was fresh, varied and very tasty. Great location to explore Salento region by car, nothing was more than 90 mins drive.

Occasional noise from neighbouring big hotel during the day but you are in tourist area so to be expected

- Beautiful building, and decorated externally and internally with great style - Wonderful comfy sunbeds - Lovely, sweet staff - A bar serving drinks and food open until 8pm at night was a real bonus so you didn’t have to trek out for dinner if you didn’t feel like it - We saw there was pool service which lots of guests used and that looked a real treat

- We hadn’t realised breakfast was not included (the only property in our four week Italian road trip of about 10 hotels/masseria) so the bill came as a surprise unfortunately

Wonderful outside spaces in the garden and around the pool, photos correspond to reality. Everywhere very clean and very nice and helpful staff, everything on a high quality level.

The only thing the accommodation lacks is the missing dinners, which I take as a big minus for this type of hotel. The breakfast is good (although there could be more savoury dishes like cheese, ham, eggs and vegetables on the menu), but for dinner you always have to drive a few kilometres into town where there was hardly anything open in early May. If the accommodation had a pizza oven and maybe grilled food, it wouldn't be lacking anything.

We loved the ambiance of the hotel and helpful staff.

There is a weird odor when you enter the room but other than this everything was perfect. There was also a noise during the night but barely heard after 23:30

One of our favourite boutique hotels. The pool is awesome. Staff are super friendly and the food delicious. The venue and rooms are designed like Italian rustic farm houses. A truely unique stay.

Stunning property! Beautiful rooms, great pool and sun lounges. We walked into “town” for coffee, lunch & dinner (just used light on phone at night) most days so location is also great. Already planning our return visit.
