room always kept clean staff very friendly and helpful one made me a cup of tea and reception staff held my luggage when i checked out . very good customer service

breakfast was to so crowded to many guest and families for such a small area uncomfortable seats due to this that there was no more omlettes and food very cold hot breakfast not refilled quickly enough maybe due to staff shortage one plus point orange juice very fresh and consistantly on tap. however the fresh fruit and yogurt where finished and not topped up quick enough , First night i went to breakfast at 7.45 am so not late however very busy for thst time of the morning . so 2nd night went later 9am . huge mistake as it was very croweded uncomfortable and breakfast ran out quickly and not toppped up .

The breakfast was well worth it. A wide selection of breads, pastries, cereals and fruits, and all hot food items (bacon, eggs etc). All staff extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. One day I left a note that we only needed the beds made and some bottles removed, but we still returned to a fully serviced room. When we checked out we had to leave early, just after breakfast had started, and the restaurant staff helped us to load up with croissants, rolls and coffee for the journey, which I was absolutely delighted by.

Only the price, but I had to book at short notice after I was let down by another property. Not my first stay at this hotel, but the previous stay was probably twenty years ago, and I remember being a bit down on the place but I cannot recall why. No such issues with this stay, though. Oh, the set-up of the lights in the room could be a little better (a bit confusing) and although the shower was lovely, the glass screen didn't really extend far enough, and we had to be careful not to get water on the floor.

Full breakfast every morning was nice and convenient. We enjoyed the selection of breakfast foods, cereal and fruits and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The parking on site was easy to access and registering for the parking was easy too with the tablet at the reception desk. The room and beds were comfortable with an AC that kept the room relatively cool, so I had a pretty good sleep most nights.

The shampoo in the shower had been watered down instead of being refilled, so it was impossible to pump and lather. As there were 4 girls staying in the room, we just bought new shampoo from the store instead. The ironing board we requested was a bit wonky so we had to prop the edge of it up on the table to prevent it falling over.

Clean, large room with comfortable beds and a window which opened to get some fresh air. Lovely fluffy white towels. A perfect night's sleep! Breakfast was delicious; excellent customer service with food continuously being refreshed and replaced. Delicious food and a huge range including freshly sliced bread which made the softest toast. We were even asked if everything was ok with our breakfast during the meal, which gave us the opportunity to request extra items etc, but nothing was needed! Another brilliant stay at an IHG. These people know how to be a hôtelière. Thank you.

Breakfast choices were amazing, staff were lovely. Friendly, welcoming, helpful. The tall European lady with dark hair was extra kind, nice lovely and said i was a lovely customer (lil things that matter!) I left a £5 tip for her and the Team with their Manager as i checked out on Sunday 20th October about 1150am. Also the young cool dude who checked me out was totes amazing, listened to me 'witter on ' for about 10minutes and thanked me for my stay(again lil things!) as i was exiting the hotel main door. Thank you all for everything🙏

My mattress was squeaky (room 115), all the pillows were too firm for my liking Housekeeping did not replace used cups/ glasses after their 'visit' when i left my hotel room afternoon Saturday about 1230pm and returned for my 2nd nights stay around 11pm that night The £7 parking per night😔 ' £3.95' tray service 😔 Kettle cord too short. Did not reach socket, tad inconvenient🫣

Staff, food, location. Restaurant is great and the menu is varied and food is delicious. Good value too. Breakfast is fantastic. Cannot fault it. Staff in reception and restaurant and bars are brilliant . Thank you.

Beds - too soft that unless you sleep alone, it will be the worst night ever and you ll feel like you need a chiropractor the following morning. The bedding has not been changed from the previous guest, as there was hair, stains, and other bits in between the sheets. We slept on top of the duvets as a result. Very limited on refreshments in the room and no fridge either. Also, had a connected rooms, so we're woken up at 5 an by loud music which didn't stop for almost an hour, as the room was adjacent to ours and we could hear everything well.

The hotel was adequate for our needs. Due to an error caused by yourselves, we we're unable to have our original rooms. We didn't get to experience the booked dinner in the evening due to the same error. The holiday inn staff were very helpful during the time it took to sort the error.

Due to an error with the booking caused by yourselves. We were unable to have the original rooms that we booked because the hotel didn't have them available. By the time we arrived & when we got our rooms, we ended up going to dinner late. This caused my elderly mother who has dementia to become very anxious. Only two of our party were able to eat, so fir the other two it was a waste of money!. None of this was the holiday inn's fault. After a great day at Windsor castle, it was a shame to have to spend most of our evening sitting in the bar waiting for someone from booking.com to get back to us!

Property was easy to get to. Staff were really friendly Breakfast was lovely and had a good range of different food types to accommodate everyone. Room was clean and beds were so comfortable.

The only issue we had was with the plug in the bathroom sink. Once it was pushed down to fill the sink it did not pop back up. We tried and tried but had no success. We had to use the overflow hole to get the water away. Isn’t a major issue just more annoying than anything.

Breakfast was actually one of the better ones I've had in my life. Location was fantastic and close to Legoland, only 10mins by uber. Walking from the station sucked, and no real good places to eat nearby in Slough, but the food at the hotel restaurant was decent.

Sat down for dinner before two other tables, they got serviced and a tablet to order food from whereas I was completely ignored for 20 mins. Couldn't find any staff walking around to ask and had to queue at the bar and the lady didn't know how to work the tablet, and had to hunt for another colleague. My window in the bedroom also didn't open and had mad condensation.

The beds were very comfortable, staff were friendly and welcoming, got parked fine. Lovely shower and air con was well needed. The tv had a lot of good channels to entertain the little one, who also received a colouring pack upon arrival which was a lovely touch.

Breakfast could of been better. It was cold and not a lot of cooked options for Vegetarians and Vegans except mushrooms & sausages. Pancakes are our child's favourite and all breakfast posters said these were served but they weren't available at breakfast time. We also pre-booked breakfast, but was told on arrival it was first come first serve. If you have booked and paid when booking the trip, a time slot would be nice and to be considered first over people who haven't yet paid. Also, Paying for parking, £7 per night when you've already paid £150 a night is a little unfair when you are stopping at the hotel anyway and have no other choice to put your car.
