Close to everything we needed, very clean. The housekeeping staff were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Bar Loui was FUN! Loved the live entertainment.

The desk staff at check in was exceptionally nice, and helpful. The staff at the desk for the rest of our stay seemed annoyed with any requests, or inquiries. As if they didn’t want to be there.

Location, location, location. That's the best thing about this hotel. Besides being affordable, comfortable and nice to stay in. It's literally located around eateries, shopping and right next to a major highway.

The bar located on the premises needs to update their food menu.

when I booked it I put Forrest Park, IL it said it was 3.7 miles from Forest Park, IL which was a lie. And we had limited time to attend the seminars to start with. stop lying about the distance just to get bookings or I will book thru another agency. You have to be more accurate which your destination data.

I loved everything about my stay, I stayed here 2 weekends in a row which showed how much I loved it. Bar Louie is a plus. Front desk courteous and friendly, Great location. Comfortable room. Very clean and well kept.

Nothing I didn't like.

The hotel itself is quite nice and its location is excellent.

The side entry door wasn't secure. Anyone could just walk right in and wouldn't need a card key to get access to the hotel during after hours.

Actually my fiancee and I liked everything about the hotel itself.

The Bar Louie that's on the premises closed early that evening and wouldn't even let us order a drink from the bar.

Actually there wasn't anything that I didn't like about it. The facility was very nice, the location was great and the convenience to everything was perfect.

Again, there was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel overall seems to be very nice and clean, staff was really nice.

We specifically came for the indoor pool. Paid $228.00 from 3pm-11am the next day, wasn’t worth that amount of money. They shouldn’t advertise all the amenities that they have, AND THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! NO POOL, NO EXERCISE ROOM, NO FREE BREAKFAST!!!!!…. I WOULD REALLY LIKE A REFUND… I HAD WENT AND BOUGHT SWIMMING SUITS, and all kinds of BLOW UP BALLS AND SWIMMING TOYS FOR MY GIRLS!!! …. WE CAME A LONG WAYS AWAY JUST TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN A HOTEL AND DIDI NOTHING!!!!!!…..ONE MORE THING, STAFF NEVER ANSWERS FRINT DESK PHONE.

The hallway carpet in the lobby and hallways made it very challenging to pull luggage that is otherwise no problem to roll when on a hard surface.
