Staff were friendly, room was bigger than expected, beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked really well, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome! Breakfast consisted of coffee, juices, yogurt, and pastries that we enjoyed. The parking area is a little tight, but we got in and out without any issues. Since we rented a car, the location of the hotel was fairly close to food spots. Golden Gate Bridge and other tourist attractions are 30mins away, but it was an easy drive there and back. The airport is really close and you can hear the planes flying out, but that wasn’t an issue for us at all.

Mr Dinesh does an amazing job managing Regency Inn. With over 40 years of hospitality service, he has the disposition to relate with guests from different parts of the world, and makes them feel comfortable staying at Regency Inn. Room rates are very reasonable for the location next to SF airport, and the facilities are kept clean. Despite next to a major road, traffic noise was almost inaudible. Adequate parking for someone needing a couple of nights close to San Francisco and the airport. Adequate complimentary breakfast for those who like something to eat and drink before their journey.

Almost everything from the staff to the room. It is almost perfect except for some few minor details but the same is not disturbing. It is tolerable. The staff are very friendly and the food are nice. Even though, I do not have a free breakfast, she said that you can have a breakfast. Very excellent customer service.

Since the place is really close to the airport, sometimes in the middle of the night you will hear the noise of the airplanes passing to your rooms but the same is tolerable. Also, some bigger trucks who are passing thereby since the location is near to the street and it is in the middle of the night, you will hear the noise and feel some vibrations to the room. But all of these are very tolerable.

Very spacious room, furnished in a very simple and functional style. Very comfortable bed. Efficient air conditioning. Free parking. Very kind and helpful staff: due to the delay of my flight, I arrived after 1:30 am and found someone waiting for me for check-in (I had notified via email); likewise, an employee quickly resolved a shower issue the following morning when I had no hot water.

The hotel is situated close to the airport, which means that the noise from passing planes is noticeable and may disrupt sleep. The breakfast options are quite basic, consisting of fruit juice, bread with butter, and muffins. There are limited dining and grocery options in the neighbourhood..

Updated room. Well done. Office were very kind and helpful. Coffee and assorted teas in office. They made up room each day. Price was reasonable and short walk to San Bruno Bart. Just a couple stops from airport.

It is noisy. I was on 2nd floor and planes were loud and street is busy and noisy. I was wondering as it’s only a two story with all rooms facing street maybe 1st floor would help w plane noise. It did bother me as I take earplugs everywhere I go.

Regency Inn at San Francisco Airport proved to be a lifesaver for us after our grueling 20-hour flight from Europe. We stayed here on a whim, and its proximity to the airport made our arrival in San Francisco much more convenient. As for breakfast, it was quite decent. We didn't expect anything extraordinary, but the hotel provided good breakfast options to fuel us up for the day ahead. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and an iron, which came in handy. The bed was comfortable, and we managed to get a good night's rest after our long flight. Overall, Regency Inn at San Francisco Airport is an excellent choice for those arriving in San Francisco and seeking a convenient and affordable place to stay. We were pleased with our stay and grateful for the convenience and comfort provided by this hotel.

One area for improvement would be the bathtub's water control lever, which seemed a bit faulty. That's probably it. Everything else was really nice!

From the moment you check in it’s professional. Dineel knows his stuff, nothing’s too much trouble. Close to the airport but also close to the train. We drove there parked our car and trained/bused everywhere. Microwave/fridge in room was great. Safe,secure feeling area for a very reasonable price. Great breakfast also.

The starting s( but I know they can’t fix that easily.) If it was too hard for us I am sure they would have changed our room. Maybe contacting to offer or upper or lower room could be a solution.

This place ticked all the boxes for a convenient, comfortable nights sleep before a flight. For the price we paid, we got a room bigger than we expected, with hotel level amenities. There was a coffee machine, microwave and fridge in our room, well equipped bathroom and plenty of hangers to hang our clothes. The main reason we booked it was for its public transport access and it did not disappoint. It was walking distance (even while carrying large backpacks) from the Caltrain and Bart and, most importantly, to the 24h free blue line AirTrain that runs directly to SFO. We arrived at close to midnight and the lady on reception was very kind and friendly while checking us in. She even offered us to grab a free coffee before we left for our early morning flight. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. We had a great night's sleep before our flight. Save yourself an uber fare and book this place!

The position was good. The motel's management team was excellent; they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the beds good.

Double glazing to stop the traffic noise a bit. I realise the motel is close to the airport, but it's under the flight path most of the time, depending on wind direction and the planes are pretty low.

This motel in a great location if you need to stay close to San Francisco airport. Its about 5 minutes drive to the airport and 25-30 minutes into the city. Free parking too! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were a highlight, they were kind and accomodating to all our needs. We also took advantage of the included breakfast and it was very enjoyable. The neighbourhood of San Bruno is quiet, safe, and there is a nearby convenience store and New York style Pizza place. I'd gladly stay here again!

Bear in mind, this isn't an ideal location if you want to spend time in the city.
