The location is amazing, the view is superb, the room is cleaned every day. They let us do late check out. All the locks in the building are with codes, so you dont have to carry any keys, turns out that this is pretty convenient. Its pretty quiet except of the sea waves st night, but i consider it a plus.

All below issues are relatively minor and couldnt brake the nice experience :) There was no fridge section on the refrigiator, so we had to buy ice from the nearby store. The sun in the morning is shining right into the windows and the curtains are just dispersing it. For some reason the toilet paper was very rare and they left us couple of times to search for tissues so we can do the job :).

The location is great, sea view from your balcony and sounds of the sea while you're sleeping. Apartment is large and equipped with all the necessary things. Great addition to have a washing machine ,so you can refresh your clothes. Bed is comfortable for a good sleep. Cleaning ladies were very delicate and the everyday cleaning is also a nice option. And for sure Krasimira is a great host, she helped us to resolve some minor issues with the apartment, arranged our transfers and was kind and supportive during our stay, so we could fully enjoy our holiday. TIP: get up early to meet the sunrise from your balcony, it's an unforgettable experience

Internet connection was not great, possibly because of wifi devices interfere. But you can try to use a cable with your laptop

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the host is extraordinary. He let us check in much earlier to rest after a long drive. Many, many thanks and appreciations. The location is clean, modern, spacious. This is our second time back and we feel great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is special. We will definitely be back!!

There is nothing we didn't like!

Oustanding location, very clean rooms, furniture in good conditions, kitchen well equiped (including microwave owen and washing machine), all appliances are functional. The staff is helpfull, discreet and efficient, attentive to details.

In the bathroom, there is no shelf on which to keep the razor, lotions, perfumes etc.

Everething very nice. Strong WiFi signal, big smart TV. Location is perfect - sea view from the balcony. Air conditioner at all rooms. Comfortable bed. Room clean each day. Owner allow to do early checkin and late checkout in case of possibility. Modern and fresh flat. Good transfer to the Burgas. At my look, best choise we found!

The location is perfect, The Black Sea can be seen fron every window and I've experienced few wakeups with the sunrise on my face. We didn't use the AC, the wind was the perfect to cool the rooms. Internet OK, access secured, cleaning daily, Perfect privacy, no unneeded interaction with staf. I have spent more than 10 vacations in Ravda, but this is the best place to stay ! Next year I'll make the reservation in February, just to be sure that I'll be there again...

Nothing to complain. Maybe it is hard to find a place to park the car, because the hotel doesn't have a private parking place, but you can solv it using a nearby parking.

Lovely small apartment right in front of the beach. Very clean and well equipped. The ladies working in the building are very lovely and very hard working. The person I was in contact through booking and who manages the apartment is very reactive.

The shower is quite small and it misses a bath mat. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Great quiet location with perfect sea view. Clean space apartments, well equipped with everything you might need.

Internet sometimes was poor for making calls

Location is great, near by the sea with a spectacular view and a beautiful small beach right next to the apartment. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard and we could take the dinner outside. The staff was friendly and flexible regarding check-in and check-out times.

The most unpleasant was the smell in the bathroom, the housekeeper was solving it each day, but the next day the bad smell was back. The main doors were not possible to just partly open so we needed to keep them closed while we were out.

Everything was just tip top. Incredible views, kitchen extremely well equipped and the overall standard was just perfect! They’ve payed attention to detail from a guest’s perspective.

Very minor things that would just make it even better than it already is. For instance add night lamps to each side of the bed in case someone wants to stay up longer. Top up with an extra toilet roll other than the main one and add a little matt for coming out the shower :)
