The hotel is in a beautiful historic building and has a nice atmosphere. The outdoor heated swimming pool is really great. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of options to choose from. The bedrooms are large, with nice views and comfortable beds. Staff and reception and restaurant were friendly.

The bathroom and bedroom are a bit outdated. The bedroom decoration could be improved, including a larger TV screen. Dinner was fine but would expect to be better.

It is a good location and very popular. The pool was clean and well prepared, the staff is very friendly. I would like to spend a little more time here - sitting by the pool, in the small garden area or in the cosy lodge. And of course I will visit the sauna.

The fitness room is very small and poor prepared. Also there is a problem for a car parking if you come late (or relative earlier) at midnight, then the hotel is really popular.

The hotel is very practically situated for a stopover on a road trip, and it was very pet friendly. We were upgraded to a family suite, the room was huge and very comfortable to sleep in. I’ve booked another night there for the way home. Breakfast was good, if not very varied, and I was allowed to sit with my dog outside while I ate, which is practical - not to have to leave her in the room.

Lovely old-style hotel, much bigger than I expected. Nice quiet location, very close to Vittel. Really impressed with the dinner menu, great food & very good value for money. Very pleasant, helpful staff.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. We liked everything and would have liked to stay for more days. Very nice rooms and quiet surroundings. Good breakfast and exceptionel good dinner. Very pleasent staff. We will definitely be back and can fully recommend this place to future guests.

Nice large room with a big comfortable bed. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good too. The interior of the hotel preserved a lot of the Belle Epoque architectural and design features. Very charming.

very clean - good breakfast, friendly staff. there is a pool, easy parking at the hotel readily available - restaurant very good. Very stylish old fashion rooms. love it. good wi fi connection lovely villages and cities to visit nearby.

The atmosfere of a hotel from before the war but with all the modern amenities.

The gambling machines between the reception and the elevators. A lot if noise and not really necessary, the Casino is just around the corner. The town itself a bit run down. Old glory, needs some investing.

The hotel is elegant, the spa is exceptional. The restaurant for both dinner and breakfast is scrumptuous. All of the staff were gracious and attentive. It was a very enjoyable stay. We will come again.

We missed the tea/coffee in the room (and therefore boiling water for baby food). But restaurant staff arranged this for us without any questions asked.
