Delicious restaurant! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was separated from a corridor by additional door which keeps a room quiet. Dog-friendly place (we paid additionally 50 zł for 2 dogs). Good place to stay if you travel by car (big parking lot and 7min to the city center by car)

The phone in the room was out of order (no chance to order food from restaurant to the room or contact the reception).

Exceptional staff , specially Krzysztof who helped /offered a room at quieter part of the hotel, and a lady at reception , forgotten the name , who help to print our boarding passes, very clean

lack of a designated area for smokers, as they sit on the entrance stairs most mornings and smoke cigarettes, so you are hit with a cloud of smoke in the morning while leaving , also tired looking chairs in rooms

No problem with late check in, staff very friends and accommodating, lovely continental breakfast in the morning, able to leave the car in a car park for extra couple of hours after checking out.

Rooms could do with a fresh paint and few carpet stains in the hallway and rooms which could do with a change at some point.

Smoking bins adjacent to the front entrance for none smokers to us is a huge no no and should be removed to the isolated area

It was unusual, that you needed to hang “need to clean” at the door for the room to be cleaned. Without it - no clean service during the week

I didn't know that the location of the hotel is on the territory of a hospital, so it was super uncomfortable because there were a lot of pensioners I think who also lived at the hotel. Also they were a bit loud. The staff is super great, above that I was a bit disappointed.

Professional staff. Fast check-in decent size of the room, Comfortable bed and really great value for money. 20min by bus to the Old Market. I definitely recommend it.

Staff super! My room was very spacious! 3 big coaches and big tea table! 2 bathrooms! Soundproofing! Real plants in the room! Breakfast very good!

Bed is a bit squeaky when turning left and right during sleeping.

Everything was perfect as it should be ,specially for its price. Very nice ,helpful and polite staff! You can stay with your pet with no extra charges ,you can slightly extend your check out time with no extra charges ,free parking space,even cosy gym and sauna in price of your room. Room and all facilities are extremely clean,freshly refurbished and warm 24/7. Location is not central but really easy to get to central area plus you can find quite nice little forest next to the place. Assuming: I can honestly and strongly recommend this place whenever you are visiting Bydgoszcz! Thank you to all staff members for very pleasant stay!

Has their own parking space and the city can be reached by public transport or easily by car. The hotel seemingly is part of the nextdoor clinic and offers an accomodations of a comparable level.
