Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located pretty close to everything. Beautiful views from the balcony. Very spacious room. Suggest checking lobby before any excursions/dinner!! We did not, and we noticed at check out we missed out on a lot of coupons for places we went! Attached a photo of the BEAUTIFUL sunset viewed straight from our balcony each night.

Their sister hotel the capitana offers a pool hop. Do not suggest taking your kids there, just not super kid friendly (the capitana sister hotel) and we actually had eye rolls and comments made to use by guests staying there who assumed we were not.

1- THE ROOM MATCH THE ONLINE IMAGES 2- THE ROOM WE STAYED IN HAD A DINNET, A REALLY NICE FRIDGE IM EVEN LOOKING FOR IT ONLINE FOR SOMETHING ELSE. IT HAD A COFFE MAKER, A TINY STOVE, A DISH MACHINE AND THEY GAVE YOU A SPONGE 2 DISHMACHINE TABLES, AND I TINY PALMOLIVE DISH SINK SOAP. I LIKE THIS FOR THE NIGHTS I JUST WANTED TO CHILL IN, AND IF YOU HAVE KIDS ITS GREAT. 3-I WAS SMACK RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE, 307, I HAD THE MAIN VIEW OF THE POOL AND THE OCEAN, I LOVED HAVE MORNING COFFEE ON THE BALCONY. THERE IS A CROISSANT PLACE 4 MILES DOWN, AWESOME. 4- I LIKED THAT THE BATHROOM HAD A HANDLE SHOWER FOR CLEANINESS VERSES JUST THE TOP SHOWER HEAD, IMPORTANT TO ME. 5- MOST IMPORTTANLY BUT NOT FAR FROM FRIDGE, THE LAUNDRY WASHER AND DRYER FOR FREE ON THE 4TH FLOOR. EVEN IF I HAD TO BRING QUATERS IT WAS STILL AWESOME TO HAVE. TO JUST WASH THE BEACH TOWELS AND MY GROSS RUNNING GEAR.

THE ONLY 1 THING I DID NOT LIKE, IS THE TABLE BENCH IN ROOM 307, WHEN I WOULD CROSS MY LEG TO SIT, I WOULD BANG MY KNEE ON THAT PIECE OF WOOD UNDER THE TABLE, THATS IT. IT HURT.

Well presented, lovely and clean, friendly staff, excellent pool (with complimentary towels and drinks). Large room and good car parking. Close to local shops and a selection of fast food outlets. Would quite happily stay there again.

Located on busy i1 and traffic is constant, doesn't disturb sleep but for those hoping for a quiet balcony to read look elsewhere. Opposite end of the island to all the attractions and sights so requires a car, taxi or bus ride to get there. Only restaurants in walking distance are lower grade fast food ones, so again transport required to go somewhere nice.

The rooms were nice and cozy as we were a family of eight and everyone was accommodated with ease. The pool was pleasant with the exception of mosquitoes that ate at us during the hours of dust. The front desk staff were friendly and cordial. The location was not too far from the main town center of Duval Street. We got around by Uber. But overall, we had a great time.

The most unpleasant was the bites that many of my family received when at the swimming pool, and then it would have been great if the hotel had an airport or city transportation as we witnessed with other hotels near there. Other hotels had regularly scheduled bus transportation into the central city and back during the day.

The rooms were a very generous size and well appointed. Wifi worked well and reliably. Great view from the room of the pool area and the ocean. Parking was available and I could easily find a spot all of the time, although not under cover. Pool area was excellent - complimentary sodas and towels; always clean and not heavily used. Rooms were very quite I never heard one noise from the neighbors. Got room service everyday!

You are well away from the town center and next to the main road leading into town. Sometimes it was a little difficult to turn out of the hotel onto the road. Not many eating places within a convenient walking distance otherwise I would give it a 10.

The hotel is relatively away from the loudness of everyone who's partying hard in Key West. It's in a place where you're not in the center, but yet, you are. I stayed in room #316 facing the bay. Which had a big balcony with rocking chairs and pool chairs. It was very spacious and overall clean.

The picture on the app that shows the pool with the "beach" background is very misleading. Makes it seem like the hotel has the beach right behind it. It doesn't. It has a main street with cars obviously passing by 24/7, then there's the bay.

the views of the water are simply breathtaking, the pool area has games for the kids or young adults , ping pong , cornhole, and a mini fridge with cold towels bottled water and lemon sparkling water which was something unexpected that was such a good touch. the room. The 2 story room for the 7 of us was perfect everyone had their own space, kitchen was filled with new appliances, balconies attached to 2 rooms and then on the main floor overlooking both the front and back of the building. friendly staff, simply an amazing time. right next to a Publix which helps stock the full size fridge. free laundry machines down the hall.

first impressions ( curb appeal ) were worrisome but that faded very fast, and it’s kinda far from everyone on the island you will need to Uber ($15 to Duval nothing crazy ) or rent a golf cart which is recommended.

Comfortable beds. Very clean. Modern. Pool warm. Could have been alittle warmer. Games at pool. Free water. Cookies wish they were offered when you were there ,not at times they new you wouldn't be there.2-5.

Cookies were offered at times they knew you wouldnt be there. 2-5. Pool could have been warmer. Paid alot of money to have palm leaves in the way. Front desk could have offered more information about activities or directions where to find them. Wasn't very helpful.

Well equipped and spacious suite consisting of lounge; kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, dish washer, microwave oven etc.); bathroom; bedroom. Coffee pods replenished daily. Nice sea view from bedroom and balcony. Pool was nice - very clean; towels and chilled soft drinks provided; table tennis and other games). Parking on site included in price, close to stairs / lift. Good supermarkets and other shops 2 minutes drive away.

As nice as it was, at $500+ dollars a night (Fantasy Fest week), we will not be returning! Only one lift from parking area to the upper floors and it was very slow (often commandeered by housekeeping staff with doors open). Although it had a great sea view, it was over a busy and sometimes noisy road. No hotel shuttle bus into Duval Street area, which some other hotels do provide - add $35 dollars for each Uber / Lyft return trip into town. Local buses almost non-existent.
