Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice sea view from the balcony. Close to the beach. Breakfast was varied and sufficient

Very noicy from busses, trucks, some construction workers...even with earplugs and especially early in the morning.

Mike on reception was amazing. He was so polite helpfull and friendly and his English was excellent. We arrived very early morning very sleep deprived due to a cancelled flight & booked easily online whilst at the airport in a panic. The Miraflores is less than a ten minute journey from the airport & practically on the beach front surrounded by restaurants & shops. Although unable to use our room yet Mike was very hospitable in allowing us to us the baggage room, restaurant, and all facilities. We desperately needed to charge phones which he helped with. He also was kept contact with the cleaners to allow us into our room as early as possible. He organised our taxis, explained everything we needed to know & made us feel very welcome despite our situation. The buffet was really good & the beds comfatable and the rooms very clean. Surprisingly quiet too given its location. We all slept well. Thank you so much Miraflores. Especially Mike !!!!

The hotel is dated and the outside environment needs revamping. However given the nature of our visit this did not hamper our stay !!

The hotel is in a very convenient place, meters away from the beach. Once you turn on the corner you end up at paradise street, cafes pubs and restaurants on your left and the seaside on the right. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, amazing service always greeting you with a smile. And let's not forget the pool, perfect place to chill in the afternoon. Definitely recommend

The location is faultless - a 1 minute walk to the beach - and the staff were incredibly helpful (especially Monica). The rooms were bright and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the showers were decent too. Whilst breakfast is served in their sister hotel, Amic Gala, it’s only across the street and you can walk there in 20 seconds. For 8€, the choice and quality was exceptional.

The bathroom had a vent which adjoined another room/bathroom, so you could hear the next room - although this wasn’t problematic for us.

The accommodation was simple and a tad outdated, but very clean and comfortable, reasonable value for the price. Location was great, super easy to take the bus from there and even better to bike into central Palma along the water front bike path. A MUST do. Staff and service were excellent! Breakfast was also really great. I would stay here again just for the service!!

The bed was incredibly comfortable and big and there was a fridge in the room. People at reception helped us with a smile all the time and made us feel at home. Big breakfast with a lot variety. Hotel on the seaside with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Can Pastilla is at just a few minutes by taxi from the airport and about 15 minutes away from Palma city centre.

Nothing it was all perfect

Very well situated, close to the beach, food shops, restaurants. Bus station is right in front of the entrance. Very helpful and kind staff.

The room was somehow connected to the neighbouring room via the bathroom (probably ventilation), so be ready to hear bathroom noises when you take a shower. Not really a problem for us, just curiosity.

Loved that we were able to use shower facilities after we had checked out as our flight wasn't until late at night. Great location, walking distance to beach, shops, bus stop and 5 minutes bus journey to the airport. 24 hour friendly reception. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was great, but would have been nice of pool could be open a little later.

About the swimming pool: it could be great if the pool can be used till later than 6pm and also around the pool there is a smell coming from Burger King's roof from their chimney which is not very nice .

We loved our view from the room. When we checked in we asked to upgrade for superior room and didn’t regret it! Room was super, haven’t slept on such huge bed before. Everything we needed was nearby. We stayed a week and it was a perfect place to have a base. Very nice and friendly reception, from where we got everything we needed. Breakfast variety was very satisfying with good hosts, who made sure there was fresh food available at all times.

Perhaps, that in bathroom you can hear another room’s guests, when they are also in bathroom as there is ventilation in between. But it wasn’t anything problematic.
