The Best Place to stay in Logan Utah!! The staff are amazing and go out of their way to help. Thanks Morgan the Desk Clerk & Todd the Manager/Owner for making our traditional stay on Black Friday weekend a way better experience than the previous night at another motel we left because of poor extremely poor conditions. I’m glad we didn’t go home and decided to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. We will be back and this will be our New Best place to stay. Thanks for everything!!

We loved everything….

Breakfast was perfect for us. 3 days and different menus was great.

.We are elderly and therefore we needed heat. We turned up the heat and it stopped when it reached the temperature. The cool down was way too long for us. It felt like an air conditioner blowing on us. It would have been nice in the summer, but when it's cold outside that didn't help. however we survived but-- Otherwise we were very comfortable putting a towel over the blower at that time.

Breakfast was great; beds were comfy; love the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion; staff was amazing and very friendly; facility is beautiful and inviting.

I had to hook up the direct TV to the television and figure out the programming, the curtains were hard to close, the 1 ply toilet paper, hot tub wasn't hot it was more like a warm bath, one of the elevators was broken and would skip our floor.

Hotel was beautiful and the rooms were spacious, so you could put your bags to the side and not feel like you were tripping over yourselves (we had two rooms, 4 people to a room). Pool was huge and the kids loved it. Oh and the courtesy breakfast was really good, like super good, so all in all I would 100% stay here again! Side note: I had originally booked 3 rooms but that was an error on my part and the day before going contacted the hotel and they were super cool to cancel the room and credit us and we worked with both them and Booking.com to get refunded and resolved. Super cool considering the error was mine and they could have been dicks about it and they weren’t.

This hotel is exceptional. I have stayed there half a dozen times, and it is always the same. The staff is extremely friendly and it is abnormally clean.

I love how clean it is and the location downtown. They are so good about the little details around the hotel. I have seen the same guy there who appears to be the manager or owner. I have wanted to ask him what he does differently to make it run so well.

Newer hotel so everything was nice. Good selection for breakfast. The staff was friendly. Good location right off main street. If you're there on a Saturday morning in the summer, be sure to walk across the street to a fantastic farmer's market. The room was spacious enough with extra seating. Modern decor and fixtures.

The bed was very firm compared to what I'm used to. I still slept okay, but woke up with pressure point aches and pain. Our room faced main street and traffic noise was a bit of an issue. We used the fan on the ac unit to help mask the noise.

Clean, helpful staff Danielle did an exceptional job each morning providing hot breakfast food and keeping everything tidy.

The entry walkway on the parking lot side was grungy and needs regular pressure washing. Both back and front entries need color and vegetation- like large planted pots.

Excellent pool. Staff was very pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast was good, slightly above average.

Lots of dogs around, other guests' pets. On the plus side, didn't smell of dogs, that I was able to notice. Parking lot was a wee bit small, sorta hard to navigate.

The hotel was very nice and conveniently close to many nice restaurants. In front of it there is a big free parking lot. The room was very nice and big, and it exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the breakfast was also very good with waffles that could be freshly made by the guests and many other nice options such as egg omelets, available fresh for the guests. We would definitely recommend it!

The room was clean and a comfortable size for the 3 of us. The pool had a nice outside section and included a cozy gas fire pit area. The breakfast was all you could expect and everything was good!

My wife says she found a hair in the shower that wasn't hers.
