- The view from our room!! - The staff was super friendly and helpful - Close to the city centre - The breakfast was amazing. The had fruits, different types of bread, cakes, eggs, juices, etc etc - The room was super clean every time we came back from our daily tours

- The isolation to the street. It can get quite noisy a main street just outside and people hanging out outside the hotel. Cigarette smoke could come inside too. - Some minor issues with the communication with the staff. We were told there was always going to be hot water available at the entrance and that was not the case. It was not clear that we had to book a slot in the pool in the morning hours. The pool staff was nice to let us in anyway though. Easily improved issues :)

We loved the view!! The staff were very friendly and helpful - reception and cleaning staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very central. Good breakfast. Great bar with a wonderful view. The hotel has character.

While the restaurant has a great view the food was underwhelming in comparison to other restaurants we went to. We loved the large guest sitting area but did not enjoy the large screen TV being on constantly- definitely put us off spending much time there.

The view from the room was wonderful - look across the street to the beautiful lake. The bathroom was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. Near the lobby there is a central room with a fireplace plus a couple other rooms with tables and views of the lake where one can relax with their travel partners.

The eggs in the breakfast set-up were runny - almost like they had not been fully cooked. There were other breakfast options to make up for this. Rooms are dated.

Bellavista Hotel's best part is its staff. I enjoyed talking with the friendly staff to resolve any concerns. The decoration in the lobby is so chic. The view is spectacular, and the room is just in front of the lake and the volcano. The room was sparkling clean, and I loved their measures for a more sustainable stay with the water bottles and towels. I didn't use the pool and hot tub facilities, but you have to reserve them during check-in. Overall, a great stay in Puerto Varas.

Maybe it was only my room, but the lighting was a little odd. The lamps are positioned so that not all the room gets light (and one lamp was kinda dying). I wish the decoration of the room were more like their lobby.

Hotel location good, right across street from the lake, walkable to downtown shops and restaurants.

Our room location was not great, right next to lobby, first floor. Unless hotel was full, they could have given us a better, quieter location.

The hotel is located right by the lake and provides good view of the lake and the volcano. The location is also very close to the meeting point where we need to take the Andean Lake Crossing early in the morning from Puerto Varas to Barilochi. Hotel front desk staff is pretty good, especially the gentleman who speaks English. He was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions. The included breakfast is also very good.

The hotel itself is a bit old. But it still provides reasonably comfortable stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They persisted with our very poor Spanish and helped us with a smile. The restaurant had an excellent menu with delicious meals. The view of the volcanoes from our room was spectacular.

The room looked a bit tired but was clean. Parking was a little tricky but probably normal for Chile.

The excellence begins with the efficient and friendly reception and continues with greetings and smiles of all the staff. The views from the bedrooms (and dining room) are spectacular and the location could not be better. The quality of the breakfast is generally good, with some outstanding bread, and other meals are of a very decent standard.

The view over the lake is simply stunning. The breakfast was good including the typical Puerto Varas "Kuchen". Wifi was fast and stable. Everything can be reached by foot.

Cleaning during the stay was not that careful. Not much variation at the breakfast. The equipment of the fitness room was rudimentary, only focused on the pool.

Amazing location and view from the property was amazing. Breakfast variety was amazing and along with proper care by staff. Rooms are quite big with amazing free facility like pool and sauna access. Must stay place when visiting Puerto Varas…
