The hotel was absolutely excellent! Despite arriving during a major event (the Arabian Gulf Cup), the staff managed to check us in early and efficiently, which was impressive considering how busy it was. The team was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, providing plenty of room to relax, and the overall atmosphere was cozy. There’s ample parking available for guests, which is a big plus if you’re traveling with your car. The restaurants on-site were convenient, offering good options for meals. The location is another highlight—it’s not too far from downtown, making it easy to access with a car or a quick taxi ride. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great facilities, and convenient location. It’s definitely worth a visit!

the front desk staff and specially the Manager Mr. Mohamad Talaat were very welcoming and professional. the rooms were spotless clean which made the stay very comfortable. The kids club is very convenient and my daughter had a good time there.

the pool area needs some maintainance, I was informed that it is going through some renovation and should be ready in November. Also, the hotel should have dedicated breakfast area instead of the zo eatary resturants across from the hotel.

The overall atmosphere the staff the spacious rooms and lobby. It was the best experience I had in Kuwait 5 star hotels really recommended.

There was one little detail that I didn't liked. The doors wasn't isolated so anything was happening outside we could hear it even the foot steps. So I hope they fix it. Because other than that it was perfect.

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and the rooms was spacious and modern.

The beach are was quite unfinished and not set up for guests, similarly the pool area seemed unfinished with no speakers playing. The buffet breakfast only offered black coffee and there was a charge for other coffees.

The place is wonderful and peaceful, and the scent of the hotel is very distinctive and pleasant. All areas of the hotel are clean, and the staff is very friendly and kind.

The facilities are scattered, you have to go out to reach some Areas Plus since I wasn’t able to check it until 4 pm, finding a pray room was hard because I didn’t get the room key therefor now access

During the booking and room news, there are many options and duplicates, which distracts the customer. Therefore, I would love if the quality of the rooms was shortened

I booked my stay in the hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary. They are very kind to decorate my room we loved and beautiful. And the room was very clean ,and The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent and the staff there they are lovely ..thank you and for sure will visit this hotel again.

The staff are super helpful and friendly I was there to celebrate my daughter’s first year and do a photoshoot and the staff really helped. Sana at the reception got us free cake and fruits. African staff and super nice and welcoming even at the beach.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Arabella Beach Hotel . The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
