Love the cleanliness the staff was amazing! The accept all dogs with only one pet fee it was an amazing stay over all, will definitely go back! The area had a lot of restaurants and stores nearby!

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The property was undergoing renovations but the bedrooms were finished and excellent. The property will be great once renovations are completed.

This place is an absolute remodeling disaster avoid at all costs. They are in the middle of a massive multi month renovation and they want you to pay for it. The sparkling pictures of the pool are a lie, it’s been closed for months, the lobby looks like a war zone, there are microwaves in the Breeway this place is a train wreck. Even just the rooms are a lie, small things like that. There’s coffee machines at every room is a complete faucet. The room is rolled to be comfortable, but it looks nothing like the picture at all.

Smelled like paint. Walls paper thing, the place was dirty. Felt like an old place that their idea of renovation was to just paint everything. Also way way over priced for what we got.

There was no breakfast. We were not told this motel was under reconstruction. There were lamps on tne nightstands, no breakfast, no coffee pot in the room. No instructions for the TV, so we were unable to watch it. There were two pancake flat pillows, 1 for each of us. The bottom sheet was stained and we were unable to tell if someone had been sleeping i this bed. . I asked for a clean sheet and the deskclerk brought me a sheet and told me to lay it over the stained sheet. I asked him to bring me a proper fitted sheet and I made the bed myself. The ice vending room was gutted and there were no refreshment machines for other drinks, not even bottles of water. It appears the desk clerk was the only staff. The bathroon sink stopper had not been installed yet, so my husband had to use a plastic cup to shave as he usually fills the sink to wash and shave. There was an old sofa in the room that was filthy and had paints stains on the arms. We didnt dare sit on it. The whole situation was deplorable. I was not given a receipt when I registered and paid in advance. Nor was a receipt available when we departed the next morning.

Just about everything. We come to Brenham frequently to visit friends and family, usually staying at the Hampton Inn. They had no rooms available. Your pictures show a nice place. Looks like somewhere we would like to stay. Should have known when we walked in the lobby and boxes were stacked everywhere.

Absolutely NOTHING

The hotel is a war zone. Both entrances were blocked with used furniture and pallets of trash. We did not stay because it is an unsafe hotel. The hotel manager and his daughter are from Pakistan and said the hotel was fine and they lived there and didn’t see a problem. Mattresses are thrown all around the parking lot. This hotel has no business being open and definitely does not need to be listed on Booking.con.

They wanted me to pay with cash, said I had to pay cash, and the nearest ATM was at Walmart
