Amazing stay. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom was big and had a Jacuzzi. The pool was great and had a little bar with very pleasant staff. The breakfast is definitely worth to buy; it included crepes make to order, different types of croissants, self-serve fresh gelato, fresh honey from the comb, and much more.

We have nothing negative to say.

Everything, room was clean, they change towels and clean every day. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is excellent and everyone will find something to eat. Swimming pool is clean and they clean it every morning.

The Hotel was very comfortable, the room where we stayed was extremely big, clean and freshly renewed. We had everything what we needed. The Personal is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel has it’s own restaurant with excellent Menu und good wines and service we had there was a high-level service. Breakfast is good, there are various options for every taste and preferences. The only Problem there was that the food was very quickly out and we had to wait long till it was filled out again. Nevertheless, a nice place to stay if you plan to visit Garda Lake, Verona or/and Venice in a short time as the location of the hotel is perfectly suitable to do this.

German TV-Chanels are not working. Bad signal makes watching impossible.

I liked everything, amazing rooms and bathroom, breakfast was excellent. I was surprised by the nicely decorated lobby with a unique bar design and billiard table. The pool and surrounding area is really nice, the train track proximity didn't bother at all.

The pool area could use more staff to clean the tables, they were full and dirty.

Nice, spacious rooms, huge bed, clean and fresh towels every day, close to train station and highway.

There is no restaurant close (for breakfast if you decide not to pay supplement for breakfast), neither supermarket close by.

We had the newly renovated urban rooms. Everything was great abt the room, nothing to complain

They had free electric charging on site for electric cars. But everyday we wanted to charge our fully electric car there was the same hybrid car plugged, and full. They should make a rule that you have to give room number so the owner can be called to unplug and more ppl can make use of the charging station. I booked here expecting to charge so i can continue my road trip. This was a disappointment. The staff tried helping us though, but they also couldn’t do anything because no one could check who the car belong to.

We traveled with the family and booked a last minute 4 person suite. The room was spacious, clean. The whole saty was excellent. in addition they serve excellent breakfast with great choices. From Soave we went by train (5 min walk) to visit Venice taking the fast train.

The rooms were big and looked as good as new. Location great between cities. Booked a twin room and was allocated 2 interconnecting rooms - one with a double sofa bed, one with an enormous double bed. Would book again. Very comfortable and easy parking.

Proximity to rail station

The surrounding area feels very unsafe. Not a problem if someone arrives by car.

The staff were very welcoming and were happy to ensure that my gluten-free needs were properly handled. The swimming pool was fabulous after a day's driving.
