The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette area with a sink which was nice. The bed and the couches were comfortable. Having a coffee maker and fridge was a nice convenience. All of the staff that we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

Breakfast. I appreciate the free breakfast but choices were severely lacking. Some of the choices, like Chex mix and Goldfish crackers seemed odd to me. There were a few things you could microwave, like frozen cheese omelets, but they only had Styrofoam plates which aren't ideal for the microwave. The addition of bagels or English muffins would go a long way.

Property was easy to get to, right off i77. Check in was very easy, room was clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Decent amount of choices for breakfast. Stocked drink and snack machines. Good water pressure in shower.

There was a faint smell of smoke in the hallway. Had to hunt someone down in order to check-out.

Very nice large clean room. The lady working at check in was very friendly.

Breakfast utensils and food weren’t sufficiently stocked and the lady working was somewhat unfriendly when asked for assistance. Several guests ended up getting in cupboards looking for silverware and napkins themselves.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Variety for breakfast - in fact, some items I had never seen other places & we LOVED it like the slices of cheese & the avocado halves! Thank you! Good price.

The front desk help was dressed VERY inappropriately! They did not keep the breakfast buffet stocked as they should have. Often the coffee was not there as it should have been & the areas were holding very little food. When asked they would stock it but this should have been a priority at breakfast time.

The hotel was in a quiet location, it was exceptionally clean, the staff was soooo welcoming and really went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed on our last minute stay, with two small tired children!

The general manager Amber William's was awesome and she made us feel welcomed, I explained to her that we had scheduled thinking it was with in a half hour of Newark Ohio, but it was an hour and a half, so we canceled the 2nd night and she assured me that the hotel would not charge me for the 2nd night. If we are ever in that area we will for sure stay there.

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It is a clean comfortable location with easy access from highway. Staff is friendly and hotel is Pet Friendly

The only issue during my second stay was the noise level. I was startled our of a sound sleep @ 330 am because of an older demented patron screaming i hallway in front of my room door. Not sure I will book here again.

They had an excellent selection of items that could be heated in the microwave. This has become the new standard without being able to share gravy and such because of covid. Hopefully that will change soon!!

There were very few fresh items from which to choose either fruit or anything warm.

Location from I77 and only 30 minutes to The Wilds.

Breakfast was mostly bagged/microwave items. Served from 5 to 9. Got there at 7 and most items well picked out. Only 3 pieces of fruit at that time. Didn't seem like they restocked.

The location was great. A quiet area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room could have used new carpet or it should have been cleaned. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.
